SecuritasGender payreport findingsIn the 2020 data (reported May 2021) there wasno gender pay gap in favour of men at Securitas.This is consistent with the 2019 data(reported in February 2020.)Overall, we have increased our genderpay gap and statistically there is still aslight gap in favour of women.This is because there are more men inthe lowest and lower-middle quartilesthan women.Where women are under-representedwe see a minor gap which in realityequates to just a few pence per hour.Securitas has made a commitment towork towards paying all employees thereal Living Wage, and in 2021, 69% ofour employees were paid at least thereal Living Wage.69%of our employeeswere paid at leastthe real Living Wage.
