This inspection revealed the following violations:1.No sampling, either liquid manure or soil, was performed in the spring for the year 2010.2.Not all land application records were available at the facility at the time of the inspection.3.No annual reports were available at the facility, including the most recent one, due May 30, 2010.The above items require your immediate attention. Please submit a written response to these findings toCindy Garner, Water Division Enforcement Branch Manager, of this Department. This response shouldbe mailed to the address below. This response should contain documentation describing the course ofaction taken to correct each item noted.
