rDesk CRM Personal ProfilerDesk CRM Personal Profile contains information about you that is used throughout theapplication. It is recommended that you update your Personal Profile before using the Marketingfeatures within the application.To access your Personal Profile,1) Login to rDesk2) Click on the Personal Profile link3) You will be in the General Tab, scroll downa. Under Personal Information, verify the informationi. Fields that are greyed out or appear to be uneditable may need to beedited by your Company Admin (such as Marketing Name, Office Name)ORii. They may need to edited in your website admin (such as Address, Phone,Email)Note: Go to Update Your Website, and once in rDesk Website, go to My Profile, Editb. Enter Signature blocki. Your Admin may need to give you the “Allow HTML Signature” rolec. Enter your CalBRE # or additional contact information in Label and Valued. Click Update My Personal Information if changes were madee. Enter MLS Information, click Update My MLS Information if changes weremadef.
