If paying deposit, the remaining amount of 1325.00 is to be paid in full within seven days of notification of your saddle having arrived in NZ and being available for delivery. Cancelled orders will incur a 150 cancellation fee on any saddle order cancelled after the order has been confirmed with our saddler. Saddle delivery is expected to be 4–6 weeks. If you are unhappy with the saddle fit you can return the saddle within 10 days for a refund, minus 200 fee, providing the saddle is still in new/saleable condition.
