Fusion4 Portal tools enrich the Fusion4 experience, building on the capabilities of the world’s most advanced family of hazardous area additive, blending and loading controllers. Connect, configure, monitor and print from the control room to deploy devices faster, smarter and more effectively. The Essential Connection Simple, intuitive and powerful, just like the Fusion4 family, Portal installs on a Windows PC to provide an immediate interface that continuously communicates with your Fusion4 portfolio. Providing a single view of all your devices for centralized analysis and control, Portal connects you for an optimized operation. Expand your Horizons Fusion4 Portal suite offers users a modular solution, enabling them to choose the tools they need. Monitor Print The Monitor Module with Live Viewer lets users view any and every device operation as it happens, at the click of the mouse. Monitoring across devices in real time, it also provides an audit trail of every device transaction to radically simplify compliance and reconciliation. With alarm and comms monitoring and control, as well as a management panel for rapid identification of faults, Monitor increases safety and promotes efficiency to keep the operation moving. Improve efficiency and ensure compliance, security and traceability with the Print Module. Scan and print MID compliant transaction data, W&M approved bills of lading, and summary reports. Connect Connect up to 250 streams across 50 devices, all managed from a single PC. With support for serial and Ethernet comms, Portal’s auto-discovery feature ensures devices are quickly detected and started up. Diagnostics let users view devices’ health, I/O status and other key indicators from the control room to ensure continuous, reliable service. Configure Set up and service devices without leaving the control room. The Configure Module lets users upload, download, copy and paste device settings from the Portal dashboard. Enabling quick upload and storage of Config files and authorization databases, Configure delivers rapid, secure commissioning and ongoing maintenance of Fusion4 devices to get set up quicker and stay online longer. 2 Fusion4 Portal’s Print module lets you schedule reports for site reconciliation, circulate summary reports for totals of each product category, reduce waiting times and bottlenecks for drivers, and slash the burden of paperwork.
