Chelan PUD REAL ESTATE SPECIALIST Level Guide Category Real Estate Specialist I Core Functions Real Estate Specialist Senior Coordinate, evaluate, acquire and manage timely property rights necessary for the acquisition, disposition, construction, and management of District facilities and properties essential to District operations and ensure internal and external customers receive accurate and timely information regarding District projects. Overarching Purpose Advancement/ Career Path Real Estate Specialist II This is the entry level in the job family. This is the second level in the job family. Employees hired into the Level I role are generally expected to develop the knowledge, skills and abilities to advance to Level II. Must possess, or obtain within 90 days of employment, a Washington State Certified Notary Public certification. Desire membership in the International Right of Way Association (IRWA). Two (2) year of real estate-related experience, such as land and real estate property rights, land titles, legal descriptions/documents or real estate appraisal including experience in public/customer relations.
