REDI-TANKS PRODUCT LIST Custom Performance, CARB Certification, and Moeller Quality at an Aftermarket Price In response to builder input, Moeller launched a line of standard-sized EPA/CARB Certified fuel tanks in 2012. The tanks are available in dozens of different configurations and range in capacity from 12 to 100 gallons. Your purchase includes installation guidelines, as well as technical support to assist with any system installation requirements. Redi-Tanks are shipped with all necessary EPA/CARB compliant documentation, and we assist with your fuel system integration and implementation. Note: Moeller builds Redi-Tanks to order. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Tank-Specific Information and Recommendations All tank-specific information and recommendations for angle and tilt were performed such that for all tanks, any of the walls of the tanks may face the front of the boat, except as indicated in the following tank listing. When determining which way a tank should sit in the boat, note the location of the pickup and the fuel sender, and consider the functionality of the unit over varying tip angles. Fuel tanks are sold as complete units and include all tank components, such as the sender, pick-up, Fill Limit Vent Valve (FLVV) and Grade Vent Valve (GRV). Fuel system parts (including the carbon canister, Inlet Check Valve (ICV), deck fill, and P-Trap Vent) are not included with tanks and must be purchased separately. Unless noted, tanks are designed for a canister system. However, all are compatible with pressurized systems, depending on plumbing and the use of an inline Fuel Demand Valve. For more information about Fuel Demand Valves, go to Attwood (http://www.attwoodmarine.com/) or Perko (http://www.perko.com/). For information about canister installation and pre-installation, refer to Attwood installation instructions. If the ICV and/or carbon canister are located in the engine compartment, a heat shield for that component is required, per installation instructions and USCG/ABYC requirements. To satisfy industry and regulatory requirements, consult with Moeller to determine hose lengths and routings. Detailed information about usable gallons by static tip angle and side forward are available from Moeller. For installation guidelines, refer to page 4 of the Redi-Tank brochure. For specific questions, contact your Regional Service Manager or send a message to info@moellermarine.com. Availability of Moeller Redi-Tanks, as well as the configuration of each unit, is subject to change without prior notice. Operating Temperatures Moeller fuel tanks operate at ambient temperatures from -40 F (-40 C) to 176 F (80 C). FIRE AND EXPLOSION HAZARD Fuel leakage from any part of the fuel system may cause a fire or explosion, which may lead to serious injury or death. Periodic inspection of the entire fuel system is important, and is required following storage. All fuel components should be examined for leakage, softening, hardening, swelling, or corrosion. Replace any faulty components and repair any tank damage before further operation. Redi-Rock's massive block size allowed taller walls to be built without using geogrid, reducing excavation and preserving valuable space. These qualities made Redi-Rock a natural fit for the Brentwood Stream Stabilization and Flood Control Project, in which the Redi-Rock 9" setback block was used in areas where geogrid was not an option.
