PACKET PICK-UP INFO The 2021 Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon Presented By Altra will be using direct bib assignment for race packet pick-up. Athletes can go to any of the 3 Retail Store Locations and receive their bib. Big Peach Running Co (Alpharetta location) or lululemon (at Avalon) will both be hosting race packet pick up at these specific locations on Saturday, October 23rd. Athlete’s must have a copy of their ID, and it’s very helpful to have a copy of your confirmation email from active.com when you pick up your race packet. For faster service please have your QR code open on your phone, ready to scan. There’s no need to print this form. Proxy Packet Pick Up - If you’re picking up a race bib for another person, you will need to have a properly filled out Proxy Form. Digital copies are allowed. A photo of their ID is acceptable. You will be limited to 5 total Proxys. To find the Proxy form, please click the link HERE COURSE SUPPORT Water Stations are located at miles 2, 4, 6, 7.5, 9.5, 11.5, Water is available at each stop. Gatorade and Water will be at stops 4, 8 and 11.5 (Portable Restrooms are also located at or near each Water Station for your convenience) SIS Gels will only be located at the water station near mile six. PARKING There is plenty of parking in and around Avalon, see below. Due to road closures around the parking lots provided, athletes must arrive and be parked by 6:30 AM. The last wave for the half marathon starts at 7:05 AM. The start line for the half marathon WILL CLOSE at 7:10 AM SHARP! If you do not start by 7:10 AM, you will be forced to run the 5K. PLEASE ARRIVE EARLY. FINISH AREA START NO PARKING ALLOWED IN THISLOT Parking is available at specific locations in Avalon on race morning. There are also additional parking locations near Gwinnett Technical College along Westside Parkway at other business locations working with the Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon & 5K Presented By Altra Road Race along Westside Parkway. TIME LIMIT - HALF The 2021 Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon Presented By Altra has a 4 Hour Time Limit GEAR CHECK Athletes wishing to drop off a gear bag at the starting line in the gear check area may do so before 6:50 AM. There will be gear bags in the Gear Check Corral. Extra gear bags will be available at Gear Check) (NOTE: To pick up this bag post event, you will need to have your bib number on for proper identification to the volunteers working in the gear check area.) PACER GROUPS The 2021 Alpharetta Women’s Half Marathon Presented By Altra will have several pacers assisting you along your trek through the half marathon course only!
