Enable early and ongoing identification of issues and corrective actions required End of Phase 1 – Initiation Milestone and Outcomes to be Achieved Client acceptance/signoff of Project Scope Statement Validation that contract deliverables are understood by Ellucian & Client Client identifies any unique needs Project Schedule with Ellucian and Client Client-side tasks to deliver contract deliverables is revi reviewed to show how solution(s) will be implemented; client reviews and signs off on Project resources introduced Project Plan is reviewed to ensure Client PM and Ellucian PM demonstrate how project will be managed Project governance iis established for all key stakeholders holders Knowledge transfer Business Process For Overall Project Page 14 of 15

Decision Workbook content around production ready/go live; 2. Contractual deliverables met; and 3.
