Born Oct. 9, 1938, he was a son of the late Harris and Agnes Ray Adams. He retired after 32 years working with Whirlpool and Matsushita industries. Bobby was a member of Bryantsville Missionary Baptist Church. He also attended Bethel Christian Church. Also surviving are two sons, Glenn Adams and Bradley Adams, both of Lexington. Agnes was a resident of West Palm Beach from 2006 when she moved from Danville, Ky. She was a 1950 graduate of Elizabethtown High School, Elizabethtown, Ky. She was a legal secretary and homemaker during her life and was married to George H. Allison from 1960 to his death in 2005. She is survived by her loving family of three daughters and two sons, Valerie G. Herbaut (Eric) of Clarksville, Tenn., Tamara G. Allison Shaw (William) of Eastover, N.C., Kellie M. Allison of West Palm Beach, Michael G Allison (Mary) of Radcliff and John H. Allison (Beverly) of West Palm Beach; 11 grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren. She volunteered twice a week at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center, serving snacks and smiles to the veterans in the nursing home and hospice wings of the hospital. She was an avid bridge player and joined her friends several times each week for fun games. The family also hosted a celebration of Agnes’ life on Jan. 29 in West Palm Beach. Mrs. Anderson also was preceded in death by a son, Edward Franklin Anderson; a brother, Charlie Ernest Chriswell; and three sisters Geneva Shearer, Helen Rigsby and Virginia Lee Chriswell. Mrs. Anderson was a homemaker and dearly loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She enjoyed sharing stories about rural Rugby, Tenn., from her time growing up there, and loved listening to Bluegrass Gospel music. She enjoyed sewing and in particular making many pillows, which her family has cherished. ANTLE, Michael Antle. Michael Eugene Antle (Mike), born on Dec. 8, 1960, in Pinehurst, North Carolina, lost his fight with Mesothelioma cancer on Friday, June 13, 2014 in Billings, Montana. He was 53. Surviving are his parents, Robert E. Antle of Melbourne, Florida, and LoJuanna Upton Antle of Danville, Kentucky; his sister, Cindy Antle Hilbinger, her husband, Jay, and niece Katie Bess Hilbinger. Of all his blessings, Mike was most proud of his two children, Carson Nicholas, 8, and Kennedy Jordan, 6. He was also thankful for

the time he had with their mother, Nicki Jenkins, and her children, Taylor and Kenzie. Mike graduated from Pinecrest High School in 1979, and attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. Mike worked for UPS, TSA and The Avitas Group, then owned a home improvement and landscaping company. Mike was an avid baseball fan, pitcher and coach. He started playing at age 7 and never stopped. Mike helped lead Pinecrest High School to the NCHSAA 4-A State Championship and garnered All-Conference, All-Region, All-State and All-American Awards for his outstanding 1979 season both at the plate and on the mound for the Patriots. He was scouted by several pro teams and signed with the San Francisco Giants, playing minor league ball before injuries forced him to retire. Mike’s lifelong love of baseball continued through his coaching of any player or team needing his advice and seeking his expertise. Spending time with his own kids and his players brought him the greatest joy. Mike cherished his family and friends from North Carolina, Kentucky, Maryland, and Montana. Mike will always watch over those he loved from the big dugout in the sky. Anna retired from the General Telephone Electric Co. after 30 years as a customer service representative, was a member of the Garrard County Historical Society, and an avid poet throughout her life. He surrendered to the ministry in 1953 and was a Baptist pastor for 40 years. He strived to be an example of Christ to all he came in contact with, and his greatest joy was telling others about the grace of God. His main desire was that his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren be saved and serve the Lord. He was currently a member of Langdon Street Baptist Church in Somerset.
