Charging ahot battery (above 95 F [35 C]) results inreduced discharge capacity, affecting theperformance of the radio. Replaced parts or boards arewarranted for the balance of the originalapplicable warranty period. All replaced parts ofProduct shall become the property ofMOTOROLA.4EnglishTwo (2) YearsOne (1) YearThis express limited warranty is extended byMOTOROLA to the original end user purchaseronly and is not assignable or transferable to anyother party.
