Sheet No.49069-E48166-ESan Francisco, CaliforniaELECTRIC SCHEDULE E-1RESIDENTIAL SERVICESAPPLICABILITY:Sheet 1This schedule is applicable to single-phase and polyphase residential service insingle-family dwellings and in flats and apartments separately metered by PG&E; to singlephase and polyphase service in common areas in a multifamily complex ( see SpecialCondition 8); and to all single-phase and polyphase farm service on the premises operatedby the person whose residence is supplied through the same meter.The provisions of Schedule S—Standby Service Special Conditions 1 through 6 shall alsoapply to customers whose premises are regularly supplied in part (but not in whole) byelectric energy from a nonutility source of supply. These customers will pay monthlyreservation charges as specified under Section 1 of Schedule S, in addition to allapplicable Schedule E-1 charges. See Special Conditions 11 and 12 of this rate schedulefor exemptions to standby charges.TERRITORY:This rate schedule applies everywhere PG&E provides electric service.RATES:Total bundled service charges are calcul ated using the total rates below. Customers onthis schedule are subject to the delivery minimum bill amount shown below applied to thedelivery portion of the bill (i.e. to all rate components other than the generation rate). Inaddition, total bundled charges will include applicable generation charges per kWh for allkWh usage.Customers receiving a medical baseline allowance shall pay for all usage in excess of 200percent of baseline at a rate 0.04000 per kWh less than the applicable rate for usage i nexcess of 200 percent of baseline. No portion of the rates paid by customers that receivea Medical Baseline allowance shall be used to pay the Wildfire Fund Charge. For thesecustomers, the Conservation Incentive Adjustment is calculated residually based on thetotal rate less the sum of: Transmission, Transmission Rate Adjustments, ReliabilityServices, Distribution, Generation, Public Purpose Programs, Nuclear Decommissioning,Competition Transition Charges (CTC), New System Generation Charges, and EnergyCost Recovery Amount. All-electric quantities are also applicable to service to customers ofrecord as of November 15, 1984, to whom the former Code W (Basic plus WaterHeating) lifeline allowance was applicable on May 15, 1984, and who thereaftermaintain continuous service at the same location under this schedule.If more than one electric meter serves a residential dwelling unit, the all-electricquantities, if applicable, will be allocated only to the primary meter.5.ADDITIONAL METERS: If a residential dwelling unit is served by more than oneelectric meter, the customer must designate which meter is the primary meter andwhich is (are) the additional meter(s). Only the basic baseline quantities will beapplicable to the additional meter(s).6.SEASONAL CHANGES: The summer season is June 1 through September 30and the winter season is October 1 through May 31. Customers qualifyingfor this exemption shall be subject to the following requirements. Customersqualifying for an exemption from standby charges under Public Utilities (PU) CodeSections 353.1 and 353.3, as described above, must transfer to a time-of-use rate,to receive this exemption until a real-time pricing program, as described in PUCode 353.3, is made available. Once available, customers qualifying for thestandby charge exemption must participate in the real-time program referred toabove. Qualification for and receipt of this distributed energy resources exemptiondoes not exempt the customer from metering charges applicable to time-of-use(TOU) and real-time pricing, or exempt the customer from reasonableinterconnection charges, non-bypassable charges as required in PreliminaryStatement BB - Competition Transition Charge Responsibility for All Customersand CTC Procurement, or obligations determined by the Commission to result fromparticipation in the purchase of power through the California Department of WaterResources, as provided in PU Code Section 353.7.12.WILDFIRE FUND CHARGE: The Wildfire Fund Charge was imposed by CaliforniaPublic Utilities Commission Decisions 19-10-056, 20-07-014, 20-09-005, and20-09-023 and is property of Department of Water Resources (DWR) for allpurposes under California law.
