This Operating Guide contains instructions for processing card transactions withElavon and minimizing the risk of fraud to your business as well as responsibilities related to Company’s receipt ofother Elavon services.Please familiarize yourself with this Operating Guide, as you are the first line of defense against fraud. Failure tocomply with this Operating Guide may result in financial loss to your business.Throughout this guide, terms that have specific meaning to the payments industry are noted with initiallycapitalized letters (e.g., Credit Card, Card Present Transactions). If you are not familiar with these terms, refer toAppendix A, Glossary for definitions.Payments Insider and Merchant ConnectPayments Insider is an online customer portal, located at www.mypaymentsinsider.com, that provides a Companywith access to account information, statements, and payments activity. It supports delivery of Settlement,Chargeback, adjustment and additional reporting via an online tool for viewing and exporting, as well as access toadditional customer support. Payments Insider can help streamline daily reconciliation of Company Transactionsand answer questions about point-of-sale equipment, and it provides an overview of products and services thatElavon can provide. Company can go to the account section of Payments Insider to order supplies necessary tocomplete Card Transactions. Payments Insider also hosts the latest version of the Terms of Service and OperatingGuide.
