Perseroan melakukanekspansi di bidang properti, yaitumelaluipengembanganhotelbintang tiga di Surabaya. Selain ituPerseroan juga menyiapkan tenagaahli yang handal dan menerapkansistem teknologi informasi untukmeningkatkan proses bisnis.The year 2017 was the year whenthe construction business in privatesector was slowing down. However,the Company was able to createbusiness opportunities, completeexisting projects, and developbusiness process to acquire newprojects. The Company madeexpansion in property sector,through the development of threestar hotels in Surabaya. In addition,theCompanyalsopreparesreliable experts and implementsinformation technology systems toimprove business process.
