As a member of the SC Drought Response Committee, I participated intoday's conference call. I thought you might be interested in where theWestern Sector of SC (Savannah) stands relative to classifying the currentdrought. The attached slides were discussed during the call. Generally, things are dry and could stay that way, even though a mild El Nino hasbeen developing. Our Committee decided to leave the Western Sectordrought classification at "Moderate". Committee members will receiveweekly updates from the Dept. of Natural Resources (DNR). Conferencecalls will be held on an "as needed" basis. Feel free to call me if youare interested in any of this information or how drought classificationswork in SC.Bill PayneEnvironmental Services SectionWashington Savannah River Company LLCBuilding 735-BAiken, SC 29808803-952-7989 South Carolina Drought Response Committee Conference CallNovember 8, 2006, at 2:00 PM

Summary:1. Keowee Hydro and Jocassee Pump Storage Project are seeing precipitationvalues in line with 2001 and 2002 (very dry periods).2. USGS Stream gages show positive gains but base flows still below long termaverages.3. Long range forecasts influenced by El Nino could shift with the jet streambringing drier than expected conditions.

Rainfall comparison YTD for Keowee & Jocassee (note rainfall approximates 2001).

Stream gages suggest that thought there has been rainfall the base flow is still runningbelow long term median values.

Same for the French Broad River on the NE side of the basin.

Long range forecast for Nov-Jan 2007 suggests climatological conditions but El Nino shifts in the jet streamcould move the Ohio River Valley drought over upper K-T (Savannah River).

As such, a liner hanger provides a means to anchor the next smallest diameter casing/liner to the lowermost end of a previously installed length of casing. A seal is required at the top of the liner hanger to prevent the transfer of fluid or pressures from either direction (Halliburton.com 2018). There are two types of liner hangers: expandable liner

Description: The Trilogy Constrained Liner is a polyethylene liner assembly used in conjunction with a Trilogy Acetabular System metal shell in total hip arthroplasty procedures. The liner consists of two pieces: a liner and a constraining ring. The liner is manufactured from ultra-high molecular-

polyethylene liner until it is fully flush with the face of the liner (Fig. 3). Step 2: Removal of Metal Shell Hold the removal tool against the liner (do not allow the tool to rotate). Twist and pull the metal shell away from the liner. The tool must remain flush with the liner while the shell is being re
