The height fit range goes from 76 in. to 79-1/2 in. The screen door is not intended to limit or prevent passage of children, pets, etc., or to deter vandalism orburglary.PREPARATIONBefore beginning assembly of product, make sure all parts are present. Compare parts with packagecontents list and hardware contents list. If any part is missing or damaged, do not attempt to assemblethe product.Estimated Assembly Time: 20 minutesTools Required for Assembly (not included): Phillips screwdriver, slotted screwdriver,1/16 in. drill bit, measuring tape, level, knife and pencil.ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS1. Remove the vertical weatherstripping (G) from the non-latchside of the screen door (A).1GA2. Loosen all top and bottom expander adjustment screws (D).Determine orientation the sliding screen door should slide.The latch side of the sliding screen door should be the sameas the sliding glass door. Ensure latch toggle button of themortise latch (F) is facing toward inside of your home.2DLatch toggle buttonNote: To reverse which side the latch is on, cartwheel thesliding screen door 180 .2F

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS3. Lift sliding screen door (A) into the head channel of the slidingglass door and engage top rollers (E) on the head channel.3Head channelEA4. Lift bottom of sliding screen door (A) and place bottom rollers (E)onto bottom track. Maintain upward pressure on the sliding screendoor (A) so that the expanders (B & C) with spring holder (H) insidecompresses enough to fit into the opening.4AHCBottom trackE5. After sliding screen door (A) is in place, check for proper operationand ensure sliding screen door (A) is flush with door frame jamb, thentighten bottom expander adjustment screws (D). The top expanderadjustment screws (D) may be kept loose so that the top expander (B)“floats” as the sliding screen door (A) slides.Note: Do not remove expander adjustment screws (D).5DBAFlush with doorframe jambD6 . Measure the final door height after sliding screen door (A) has beeninstalled. Carefully cut weatherstripping (G) to this measurement.Then, press the weatherstripping (G) back into the door frame in thechannel opposite the latch side.6AG3

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS7. Close the sliding screen door (A) against door frame jamb. Place mortiselatch (F) latch bar in top "unlock" position. Place strike (AA) at door framejamb, align top of strike a little below latch hook as shown. Mark screwhole location. Drill 1/16-inch holes and install strike (AA) to door framejamb with screws (BB).Note: Adjust the strike (AA) position to test latch engagement by slidingmortise latch bar downward before tightening the screws (BB).8. For smooth operation, clean top and bottom expnaders with small utility brush and spray with siliconebased lubricant (neither included).2. Clean bottom rail track with bristle brush (not included) to remove debris that would impair sliding motion.3. Adjust expander adjustment screws as necessary for optimal sliding performance.4. Remove screen wrinkles by tightening spline in screen channel with spline roller.5. For optimum latching ability, the latch strike can be adjusted up or down.6. Screen cleaning can be accomplished with warm water and dish soap. Apply with soft bristle brush,and rinse with garden hose.WARRANTYIn the event that our products or any parts thereof should prove to be defective in material or workmanship,under normal use and service, and such defects are reported to us within one (1) year from the date ofpurchase, at our option, we will repair or replace the door. Replacement door could vary in style due tochanges in suppliers and product design. In addition, the paint finish is warranted not to blister, crack, or fadefor one year from the purchase date. Damage due to rust is excluded from this warranty. Screen material isexcluded from this warranty. This warranty does not cover damage caused by vandals, break-ins, orattempted break-ins.This warranty is voided if the products is modified in any way. We assume no responsibilityfor incidental or consequential damages arising from defective products; nor do we assume any responsibility forfailures, breakage or cost which result from abuse, abnormal use, misuse, negligence, accident, exposure tocorrosive fumes, condensates, fire or damage as a result of improper installation. Except as stated above, wemake no warranties, either expressed or implied, as to any matter whatever, including without limitation, thecondition of our products ,their merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose.
