Provide all necessary documentation pertaining to training, arrest dispositions, medical summarydispositions, and divorce decrees (if applicable). List of State Approved CHP Instructors.3.Contact your local police office, local sheriff's department, or State Police Headquarters for fingerprinting.Fingerprinting at State Police Headquarters requires a 10.00 money order.
