During his work within the Big4 consultancy firms, he has beeninvolved in auditing some of the major banks in Romania. He has many years of experienceworking with clients from different corporate areas: finance and accounting, internal audit andcontrol, fraud risk management and forensics, enterprise risk management, and IT andcommunications. He is a Founding Member / Vice President and current President of theRomanian Chapter of ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners).Kemal is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). His main responsibilities includemonitoring the implementation of credit policy and SME credit norms and procedures, ensuringconsistency with the bank’s overall credit risk strategy; his main competencies are credit riskanalysis, identifying potential risks within the bank’s loan portofolio.Florentiu is also in charge with the internal training of the staff involved in lending, on topicssuch as financial and business analysis. He also delivers successful open seminars on lending,within the Romanian Banking Institute.Florentiu is a Chartered Certified Accountant (ACCA). He has a thorough knowledge of financial analysis models used inevaluating credit risk and a working knowledge of taxation and accounting practices.
