Turn the knobcounterclockwise to lower the step height and degree. Move one foot pedal to the lowest position, step onto this pedal and then steponto the higher pedal with the other foot. Push down on the raised leg and the back of the foot pedal will move in adownward direction. Repeat with the second leg. Do not arch your backwhen using the mini stepper, always keep your back straight. When using stepper for the first time use the lowest step height. As fitnessimproves the speed, duration and height of step can be increased. Exercise upto three times per week for 10 – 15 minutes as personal fitness level permits.NoteThe depth of step and twist may be decreased as described above. However, ifthe step height is below 4⅞”, the monitor will not register or display themovement.8

About Stepper Motor Linear Actuators Stepper Motor Linear Actuators (SMLA) are stepper motor -based actuator assemblies. The main components of SMLA assemblies are: 1. Stepper motor 2. Lead screw 3. Lead nut Motion is achieved by supplying controlled, electrical pulses to the internal stepper motor coils.

Figure 1. Stepper motor configuration The advantage of the bipolar circuit is that there is only one winding, with a good bulk factor (low winding resistance). The main disadvantage is the more complex drive circuit needing the two changeover switches for each phase. The stepper motor option features an adjustable slip clutch system so the focuser can be used manually or operated on motor at the same time. The stepper motor's 9-pin DBA connector is compatible with other stepper motor controllers such as ROBO focus, as well as MoonLite's controllers. A controller of some type must be used; the stepper .

How to drive multiple stepper motors with the L6470 motor driver Enrico Poli Introduction The L6470 is a flexible device for the driving of bipolar stepper motors in multiple motor systems. This application note describes how to drive three bipolar stepper motors in a daisy chain configuration. Each motor position and its velocity can be controlled
