Theseerroneous formulas would result in a flawed total bid. The revised RFP 2441 Attachment 1 – Cost Proposalissued in RFP 2441 addendum 2 is hereby replaced with RFP 2441 Attachment 1 - Second Revision CostProposal. The corrected cost proposal may be found attached hereto and an electronic copy may be foundat: https://ogs.ny.gov/RFP-2441-HVAC and is attached hereto:Postponement of Proposal Due Date:RFP 2441 proposal due date is hereby postponed until May 25th, 2021 by 2:00pm. Proposers whose proposalare in transit may, but are not required to, submit a revised proposal in light of RFP 2441 Addendum 3. ShouldRFP 2441 Addendum 3 have no effect on hourly rates proposed and a proposal is in transit, the proposermay just submit a signed addendum 3 acknowledging there was a flaw in formulas used to determineproposed total.
