Remove the tape from the frame rails.Install the clutch hose in the clamp on the leftframe tube. CLEAN GUARDPRIOR TO INSTALLINGINSULATIONFront Cylinder Exhaust CoveroNOTE:Apply penetrating oil to the exhaust coverclamp screws prior to loosening. Loosen the exhaust pipe cover clamp screws.Remove and discard the exhaust cover.Install the provided Insulation to the exhaustpipe cover as shown below picture.REMOVE &DISCARDo NOTE:Insulation should be installed so it does notinterfere with the clamp stay.Install exhaust pipe cover provided in the kit.Rear Cylinder Exhaust Cover Insulationo NOTE:Apply penetrating oil to the exhaust coverclamp screws prior to loosening.CLAMPSTAY REMOVEoINSULATIONRemove the rear cylinder exhaust pipe cover.NOTE:Remove any oil or dirt from back of exhaustpipe cover.Reinstall the exhaust pipe cover with installedinsulation.
