Student may cancel the enrollment agreement, and receive a full refund, without penalty, withinseventy two (72) hours of enrolling. (until midnight of the third day excluding Saturdays,Sundays, and legal holidays).C. After the third day, but before classes begin, the school may retain application fee and 100.D. Thereafter the institution refund policy shall provide for a pro-rata refund calculation. Theportion of the period of enrollment for which the institution charged that remains shall bedetermined as follows: after classes begin, for the first 60 percent of the course, school mayretain 100 plus a pro-rata tuition charge based on the last date attended, rounded downward tothe nearest 10 percent of that period. Thereafter the institution may charge for the entirecourse. The Institution will make refunds within 40 days after the effective date of cancellationor the last date attended.E. All students are treated the same. Any pre-existinghealth issues or concerns should be considered by student before enrollment. Student could beexpelled due to safety for the pet and the groomer. Venting and mischievous behavior causing disruption in class. Not putting forth the effort to pass, wasting student and instructor’s time. We need to see sincerity. Being on time and not missing more than four days. Coming to school with the suspected aftereffects of alcohol or drugs. (Drug screening at this point) Failing the random Drug Screening.o FYI: Random Drug screening, only screened if there is probable cause determined byteacher’s discretion that disrupts the classroom, tardiness, missing days, not keeping upwith the class or endangering the animal.Incomplete GradeThe “I” grade (incomplete) must be made up within 30 days of the assignment. The student mayrequest additional days after original graduation date to complete the assignment at the discretion ofthe instructor, as a result of extenuating or mitigating circumstances. There are additional fees incurred.NOTE: Failure to adhere to the “I” grade policy will result in a failing grade.RE-ENTRYIf your enrollment has been cancelled by the school, you must send a certified letter of request to reenter within 30 days, along with an application fee of 500.00.
