The policy requires that vehicles parked on the Balsam's Property are subject to thefollowing conditions:Renters have been provided with two Parking Permit “Hangtags”. Hangtags should either be hung from the vehicle'srearview mirror or visible on the vehicle dash. The HOA maintains a limited number ofadditional Hangtags that are available on a first come, first served basis.
