Rodríguez, representative of theIJF in Panamerica, Ovidio Garnero director ofarbitration for CPJ, Porfirio García director ofeducation for CPJ, Gilberto García president ofthe Caribbean Judo Confederation and as hostthe president of the Honduran judo federationLuis Moran.PJC TRAINING CAMP IN VALENCIA SPAIN FEBRUARY 22The camp from February 12 to 20 had theparticipation of 21 athletes accompaniedby their coaches and doctors for a total of31 members of CPJ, countries such as theUnited States, Mexico, Colombia, Jamaica,Costa Rica, Uruguay, Puerto Rico, DominicanRepublic, Haiti, Nicaragua, Ecuador andVenezuela were concentrated for almost 8days in Valencia Spain.IJF CONGRESS BUDAPEST 2021

PANAMERICAN JUDO CONFEDERATIONPRESIDENT REPORTCOVID TIME ACTIVITIESProgram:The three line directorates (Education, Arbitration and Sports) together with the Communicationand Administration offices of CPJ carry out a common work, joining forces, providing knowledgeand the involvement of outstanding experts in Pan-American Judo, starting Judo @ Casa / Judo@ Home.The main objectives of the program is to reinforce a silent stance, which helps not only to strengthenthe ties of Judo, but also that it serves so that society has a referential model of improvement,so that it helps to over-position the aftermath psychological, emotional and physical, product ofdifferent reasons, but above all related to COVID-19. PANAMERICAN JUDO CONFEDERATIONPRESIDENT REPORTJudo At HomeAs of the suspensions of the official events of the 2020 calendar due to the COVIC 19 Pandemic,the Directorate of Refereeing together with the Sports and Education Directorates of PJC, workedin the Organization of the Judo At Home space for eight months without interruption.Trainings, seminars, video analysis, functional competitions were established at different technicallevels on a weekly basis, in the Sports, Education and Refereeing areas and at the Shiai, Katas,conventional and special levels, veterans, applied sciences and sports histories.A special thanks to all attendees.Pan American Championship Guadalajara Mexico 2020 In view of the suspension of the event in Canada, PJC and the Judo Federation of Mexicojoined forces to hold this event in the framework of the COVIC 19 PandemicTen official Referees and a Commissioner were summoned for this EventEdison Minakawua attended as PJC Commissioner, replacing Donald Ferland who for personalcare reasons was unable to attendThe clinics and activities were carried out in strict compliance with the measures and protocolsof the IJF and the organization within a framework of excellence and respect for our RefereesWork was done in coordination with the Directorates of Education and Sports PJC.Open Continental Lima Perú 2020 The final event of the year of competitions was held in the framework of the COVID 19Pandemic, in Lima, PeruThe Continental Open IJF classificationTen official referees and South Region Commissioner PJC Edison Minakawua attended theeventThe virtual clinics were dictated and with the IJF protocol and the strict regulations of theorganization, the event and the face-to-face refereeing took place.A special thanks to all the participantsEDUCATION COMMISSION REPORTPJC in times of CoronavirusThese activities demonstrated the fundamental importance to understand the priority urgencythat this administration has given towards the preparation and development of our Referees(continental world and initiation), Coaches (base and high performance), Athletes (cadets, Junior,elite , and veterans), boys and girls, National Sports Commissioners and fans of Judo in general;within the concept of arbitration, competitors and administrative during these crucial moments.Training camp (February 11-20, 2020):A training camp was held in Valencia, Spain; with the purpose of helping 48 athletes from ourIJF CONGRESS BUDAPEST 2021
