This exists where thebehavior of one person is able to control orstrongly influence the behavior of another. An absence of consent. An intent to harm or manipulate. 2011 CPI.26

Targets of Workplace BullyingIf you believe you are a target of incivility orbullying at work: Remember that it starts with me. Decline invitations to fight. Know and follow policies, procedures, andcommunication protocols. Calmly inform the individual that the behavior isunwanted and unwelcome. Keep a log. Seek support. 2011 CPI.28
