Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafeor disruptive behavior may, at the discretion of the Show Committee, be asked to leave the show/trial site. In such case,no refund of any fees paid will be made. The host club, superintendent and its agents, employees, etc. will assume noresponsibility for any loss, damage or injury sustained by exhibitors or handlers or to any of their dogs or property andfurther assumes no responsibility for injury to children. The show committee will use due care and diligence for the welfareof dogs and exhibitors, but will not be responsible for, nor assume any liability in the event of an accident or misfortune toeither dogs or exhibitors participating in these events.SITE CONTROL shall have final authority on the setup and usage of grooming space, and shall remove or rearrange anyequipment as they see fit for safety considerations.
