Repeat the steps for a10-minute time extension. Remotestart can be extended only once.Starting the VehicleCanceling a Remote Start1. Aim the RKE transmitter at thevehicle.To cancel a remote start:2. PressWhen the vehicle starts, the parkinglamps will turn on and remain onas long as the engine is running.The doors will be locked and theclimate control system maycome on.There are several ways to lock andunlock the vehicle.Aim the RKE transmitter atthe vehicle and press andhold / until the parking lampsturn off.From outside, use the RemoteKeyless Entry (RKE) transmitteror the key in the driver door. Frominside, use the power door locks orthe manual door locks. To lock orunlock the door with the manuallocks, push down or pull up onthe manual lock knob.Turn on the hazard warningflashers.Power Door Locks.Turn the ignition on and thenback off.If available, these switches arelocated on the front doors.Q.3. To raise theheight of the support, press andhold the top of the control. To lower,press and hold the bottom of thecontrol.See Lumbar Adjustment onpage 3‑7 for more information.On vehicles with manual lumbar,the knob is on the outboard side ofthe seat.On vehicles with power lumbar, thecontrol is on the outboard side ofthe seat.Increase or decrease lumbarsupport by turning the knob forwardor rearward.On vehicles with two-way lumbar,press and hold the top of thecontrol to increase lumbar support.To decrease, press and hold thebottom of the control.See Lumbar Adjustment onpage 3‑7 for more information.

Lift the recline lever.On vehicles with power recliningseatbacks, the control is on theoutboard side of the seat.2. Move the seatback to thedesired position, then releasethe lever to lock the seatbackin place.To recline the seatback, tilt the topof the control rearward.3. Push and pull on the seatback tomake sure it is locked.See Reclining Seatbacks onpage 3‑9 for more information.To bring the seatback forward, tiltthe top of the control forward.On vehicles with the memoryfeature, the controls on the driverdoor are used to program and recallmemory settings for the driver seat,outside mirrors, and the adjustablethrottle and brake pedals, if thevehicle has this feature.

A singlebeep will sound.
