I have a whole filing cabinetfull, but I just brought these certainones with me today. When we firststarted our church in 1955 withvery few, it grew and we finallymoved here in 1967. My humannature was always to be peacefuland loving, letting the other guyhave his way. My nature was to getalong with everybody. That is why,2July, 2010for the first two or three years wesuffered a lot of flak, because everykind of preacher that was supposedto have been following Bro.Branham was coming along withtheir revelation, trying to cram itinto us. I tried my best to entertainthem and be good to them andaccept them as brothers, but themore I tried that the worse it got, soby taking that position it just gotworse and worse. I finally realizedI was not getting anywhere; andthat something had to be done. Ijust have to say, It has been thegrace of God that has pushed mebeyond my human feelings andcaused me do some things, andteach some things, and also to goother places. To those that will hearmy voice this morning, if it is inCanada, this faith that you have upthere, it was by the grace of Godthat He led me there in 1969 in themonth of August. One of the sistersfrom Moncton came across Canadainto Chicago, then she rode a bus tothis area. She was here in ourconvention. Some of us areout of the Assemblies of God,Baptists, this and that. We haveheard about Bro. Branham’smessage, we have heard your namementioned several times. Theyhave all agreed that I should comedown here and ask if you wouldcome and preach to us. I said,Sister, go back and tell them I willpray and try to get the leading of theLord on when to come. In themonth of August 1969, which hasbeen quite some time ago, we wentto Moncton. While we were therewe had about ten days of meetings.A lot of people accepted the truthof what we were standing for andwere baptized. At that time Ipreached serpent seed andexplained some things to them.From that time on for the next threeyears the group began to grow.However after awhile a guy fromthe states, which was supposed tobe preaching Bro. Branham’smessage, showed up and began tofind out about the groups in3July, 2010Canada, and here they go. It wasnot long until there was a battle thatbegan to set up. Out of the entireordeal, there are only twoassembliestodayinNewBrunswick Canada, one inMoncton and one in St. John. Thereare others of the same faithscattered over that New Brunswickarea though. In 1972 I was led to goto Norway. That opened the door topreach the truth there. I went backagain in 1973, and had the privilegeof baptizing 17 Norwegians in thename of the Lord Jesus Christ. Atthat time I met a brother and hiswife, Bro. Rolf Strommen fromVerdal Norway. Through the yearsfrom 1973 until now, I have grownto know that brother. I will say this,Not only in Norway, but we havebeen instrumental in establishing achurch in the Philippines, in India,Mexico, and in Africa, Ghana andNigeria and also South Africa. I amnot saying these things to brag, butGod has used us to establish thefoundation of these groups and theyhave had to stand in the midst of alot of controversy, which was to beexpected. Wellnow, a short time ago, the brotherin Norway, for some reason orother, took it upon himself to lookat things a different way. The wayhe looked at things, was that therehad to be another moving of theSpirit to really reach out and fulfilla five fold ministry. I will say tothat brother, As I mention yourname, Bro. Rolf Strommen,remember that when I first met you,you could hardly go from northNorway to south Norway and havehardly enough money to buygasoline and a sandwich. Then in1977, after being around you andhearing you preach, I felt that youhad a ministry that could be verybeneficial to a lot of saints aroundthe world. Therefore FaithAssembly started bringing you andyour whole family here that year.The people took a liking to you, andyour simple way of teaching thescriptures. In those years, you hada very unique way of lifting upcertain scriptures in the NewTestament that were very up lifting.I had told different people sinceBro. Branham’s death, that I haverefused to be what some would call4July, 2010a one man show. However I didbegan to realize, that one man thatknew Bro. Branham, knew hismessage, and how to teach it, wasgoing to have to be strong enough,and lift up the truth long enough togive other men a chance to comeand fill the ranks with the kind ofministry that God wants the Brideof Christ to have. I will say this tothe brother, For a long time youhave actually fulfilled that scriptureto me. I realize as the years cameand went, I was getting older, thenwhen my wife had her sickness,that began to bring a stop to metraveling the world over. Yes, itlooked to some people like myministry was finished. I would nolonger get to go and minister to thevarious groups as before, but littledo people realize what is going onright now. Five years ago I did notknow that a computer could beused like it is today. My son-in-lawbegan to experiment with thecomputer, to see what could bedone with it. Are you going to say thatthey were not anointed? Are yougoing to deny the reality and fact ofit? In fact, my text this morningcomes from one he wrote while injail. I am asking you to turn withme. I am not looking forward todelivering this message with afeeling of joy, but feel that I must.In 2nd Timothy, the 4th chapter, issomething Paul wrote while in jail.This is the last epistle he wrote. Asfar as we know, In this chapter,when he says, For my time ofdeparture is nigh, he must haveknown he was ready to leave thescene.RESPONSIBILITY OFA TRUE SERVANTPaul writes to a young man that wasactually a spiritual convert of his.He looked upon Timothy like a son.In the 1st verse of this 4th chapterhe said, “I charge thee thereforebefore God, and the Lord JesusChrist, who shall judge the quickand the dead at His appearing andHis kingdom; Preach the word; be5July, 2010instant in season, out of season;reprove, rebuke, (He may havethought, I don’t want to do that.)exhort with all longsuffering anddoctrine. For the time will come(Brothers and sisters, you are livingin it.) when they (of that hour) willnot endure sound doctrine; (What issound doctrine?) but after their ownlusts (That does not apply to theirbeer drinking, smoking, andcursing. It means their religiousinclination, something to hidebehind and say, I am a Christian.)shall they heap to themselvesteachers, having itching ears.”Some people say, Bro. Jackson, Ihave heard this same thing over andover, I am getting tired of it. I willsay right now, Do you reallybelieve in the first place? Do youknow what has been said? Do youknow what it means? Do you knowthe purpose of God in it? You justdo not memorize certain things andgo on down the road of life and livehaphazardly, thinking, I have got itmade. I would rather be in HarrisonCounty raising cows. This is not aself appointment. I didn’t pursuethis because of some greatrevelation I had. God had to moreor less drive me into it. “And theyshall turn away their ears from thetruth, and shall be turned untofables.” You are living in that hour.I am going to touch a lot of thingstoday. There are individuals aroundthe world, in Canada and the States,as well as Norway that will say,Bro. Jackson, you are not supposedto do it that way. I am going toremind you, Paul did a lot of thingsopenly. I ask you, Why did he doit? Who was he talking about whenhe said, They are teaching that theresurrection is past already? Theydid not do it in a closet, they did itopenly, purposely, hoping to drawdisciples aside. In the 20th chapterof the book of Acts, the apostlePaul wrote, (This was before hisimprisonment, when he waspassing back through to Ephesus.)at a certain place he mentioned for6July, 2010all the elders of the EphesianChurch which was the modelChurch of the apostolic hour, tomeet him at a certain place, whenthey gathered there, he spake thesewords to them, You know that bythe space of three years, I have notheld back anything, but I have fullypreached to you the whole gospel. Ihave labored with tears night andday. I know that after my departuregrievous wolves will come in, (Donot ever think grievous wolves aresome drunks walking in. It is somefellow with nice slick words, Oh Iam a servant of God, I am this orthat.) Then he said this, Some menof their own selves will seek todraw away disciples, teachingperverse things. We have somepeople today, that will listen toanything and believe anything, if itsounds good. If it sounds good totheir mentality, Well I don’t seeanything wrong with it. It ticklestheir inwards. So now, I will deal with anissue that started in Norway. WhenI began to hear about this Jehuministry, I remember when I firstheard him preach this, at that time Inever thought that he would reallytry to apply this in the manner thathe eventually did. When I sent thevideo to him, in a short time hereplied. (I am going to use his ownwords.) Bro. Strommen, throughthe years that I have traveled toNorway, I have never preached onething one year, then somethingdifferent on the same subject thenext year, and leave peopleconfused. In your personal letter tome, you say these words, on thisvideo you mentioned about theJehu ministry and said, I never havestood for any Jehu ministry. Bro.Strommen,Ihavealwaysministered on the five foldministry. It is true that I have taken7July, 2010the pattern of the ministry of Elijahand called it a three stage three foldpurpose of that ministry. Iministered that, as you mentioned,in Mexico and also in Manila. Thattopic is mainly an effort to try tohelp the believer see thateverything was not over when Bro.Branham died and I said thatmyself. He said here in the lastparagraph of the first page, It seemsthat you are taking the namesElijah, Elisha, and Jehu as the threepersons. Bro. Strommen, I say thatbecause that is exactly what youhave given others the impressionthat you are looking at. Bro.Strommen, you say here on thesecond page, If the young men herein Norway have mentioned thatthey are Jehu men, then it has nevercome to my ears or I would dealwith it. It just seems like somepeople are only out to find fault.That sounds very convincing Bro.Strommen, that is your own words.However on the video I sent to you,you have some people in Norwayvery disturbed over this Jehu thingthat is being taught. Jehu is mentioned twentyfive times as this young man stoodand preached Jehu, Jehu, Jehu withBro. Strommen sitting there. Itcould be said, Bro. Strommen, thateverywhere you went you said, Istand with Bro. Jackson. Well Idon’t stand for that kind ofrevelation. Ever since Bro.Branham’s death and departurefrom this scene, and the dream Ihad, that morning when I wentthere on August 1, 1965, I relatedthe dream to him. He said, Bro.Junie, something is getting ready tohappen, when it does, there is awork for you to do. He never didsay what, he just said, There is awork for you to do. He picked uphis Bible and said, Stand with this!Now Bro. Strommen, in thismessage this young brotherpreached, he mentions some dreamI have had and told through theyears, but there is one he refers to,that I had in 1966, when Bro.Branham came to me in a dreamwhile I was out building a fence.8July, 2010Bro. Branham walked up to me, Ilooked at him and greeted him. Hesaid, Bro. Junie, I want you to gopreach for me. I said, I won’t do it.He never did say why. He saidagain, I want you to go preach forme. I said, I won’t do it. The thirdtime he said, Bro. Junie, I want youto go preach for me. I will say to theyoung brother that referred to that,It was not him that told me what topreach, I took a pencil and piece ofpaper out of my pocket and wrotedown seven things. I handed himthe paper and said, If I can preachthat I will go, if I can’t, I won’t. Helooked at it and said, Perfect. Nowyoung man, quote what I said, donot quote what you think you wantme to say. Bro. Strommen, I willcome right back to what you said inyour letter, dreams, experiences,have been done in Norway toconfirm your ministry. By theseyou have pursued your ministry.Bro. I have a testimonyof a young sister in Canada, whenshe heard my message thatmorning, she wrote and said, I wascompelled to write a testimony,how God led me to see yourministry. She could rememberwhen I was publicly opposed andstood against by a lot of people inCanada. She was only thirteen orfourteen then. That morning she satdown and wrote her testimony. Ihave several dreams here, and oneis from Australia, these have comein from different parts of the world.It shows the body of Christ, as weget closer to the end, are going tofunction and operate precisely,according to the Bible. If that has lost itsmeaning to you, then you go aheadand follow that bunch of youngmen that you have educated thatway. I will say this to the youngmen that are all wound up, If youare not careful and if you don’tditch this Jehu idea and stop tryingto use Bro. Strommen’s influenceto justify yourself, you are going todestroy what little testimony youmay already have. One of thesedays, and very soon, you willbecome so discouraged you willhang your head and walk away.You might reach a place where youwill not want to come back amongthe old saints. Because you havegone wild over something youthought was a revelation. It is not.It is just an idea. The devil has a lotof ideas today, that he likes to pumpinto people. The devil willhit you between the eyes one daywith something, then you are goingto wake up crying, What wentwrong? I am not attacking anyone’sperson or his character. It is thetruth that you must try to lift up,that which will exemplify JesusChrist. The body of Christ aroundthe world is supposed to believethat. That is the sad part of it. Thatis why the denominational worldtoday is dead. Get out of it! Youmight say, But I love grandma toomuch to do that. I can appreciateyour love for grandma, but Jesussaid, Matthew 10:34-37 “Think notthat I am come to send peace onearth: I came not to send peace, buta sword. For I am come to set a manat variance against his father, andthe daughter against her mother,and the daughter in law against hermother in law. And a man’s foesshall be they of his own household.He that loveth father or mothermore than me is not worthy of me:and he that loveth son or daughtermore than me is not worthy of me.”The gospel has separated a lot ofhouseholds. You have to have a10July, 2010backbone to stand up for JesusChrist in a true revelation. Thisidea, Well, I don’t care what youbelieve as long as you stand forJesus is antichrist. Let me explain this to you, ifthere is a problem that comes up inthe local church, then we will dealwith it, not necessarily before thewhole assembly. But if somebodycomes here and teaches somethingthat eventually is going out here tothe whole world, that is not insecret. That was taught to make itpossible that everybody couldbelieve it and see it. You can restassured of this, the prophecy ofIsaiah 52:8 is hanging right overyour head. As I say thesethings this morning, Paul neverwrote his letters to be read in acorner. You everyone know that.He wrote them, that eventually theywould find their way to the truesaints and help them in their dailylife. When Paul was on the road toDamascus and he was finally ledinto the city, Ananias the priest wastold to go to a certain man’s houseand enter in and pray for Paul. Hisname was Saul then. God raisedhim up to be a light and a means ofsalvation to the ends of the earth. Ihave to say, It is still a means ofsalvation, but let us be careful howwe preach it. If we try to give itsome little quick quirk of sound ormeaning, then it may very well bethat those who do so may have thewrong kind of spirit in them.TALKING ABOUTWRONG TEACHINGI will say this morning, I hold herein my hand three books. This isonly a sample of what is out there.11July, 2010When Bro. Branham preached theseals in 1963, there was one sealnot broken. We all should knowthat. The seventh one is still to bebroken. Nevertheless through theyears, and that has been thirty someyears now, (just think of it),preachers are now saying, But allseven have been opened. Righthere is one, I will not say whowrote it, but he specifically speaksthat the seventh seal is none otherthan the revelation of how JesusChrist was manifested in andthrough the life of WilliamBranham while he was here. Thatwould mean it is open. Wellsomeone please tell me where theseven thunders sounded. That ideamust be coming out of the samecrowd that has been making all thatother noise. You can read it here. Ialso have another message. Thisguy, when I had wrote a messageabout Marriage and Divorce, whatdoes he do. He reads it, then herefers to me, how wrong I was. Thisis his personal letter sent to me,hoping to get me back into what hecalls “the faith.” I am going to tellyou what his faith became. Do you want to standwith or against something like that?We have a lot of people today, aslong as they do not have to stand upand be made accountable foranything, you can beat them in thehead with any book and they willhang right on. I also have hereanother one. He quotes Bro.Branham by using this statement, (Iremember when Bro. Branhammade the statement.) He said in1963, the Almighty God speakeththrough the mouth of WilliamBranham, saying there are onlyseven hundred living saints whowill be taken up in the rapture.Then when he was asked thequestion, he said, see there, I madea mistake, because he was referringback to Kings, how the Lord hadsaid, I still have seven thousandthat have not bowed the knee to theimage of Baal. So I have to say,This comes to the point of the firstresurrection, and he tries to tellwhat we put out in the firstresurrection paper, by saying thefirst resurrection only includes theliving saints, the Bride. The rest ofthese saints are not raised. He used12July, 2010Matthew 25, the judgment ofnations and the judgment of thegreatwhitethrone,allsimultaneously at the end of theMillennium. Brothers and sisters,Matthew 25 does not occur then.Matthew 25 takes place right hereat the end of the week of Daniel. Ido not have time to go into andelaborate on details at this time. Iget this kind of mail all the time.My filing cabinet is full of it. I willjust say, If God singles you out tostand for something, you cannotjust go on entertaining your fleshand being a sweet, loving personfor a show, and get the job done.Let me say this, Brothers andsisters, I believe there is a timewhen a man can be gentle with theflock. I do not ever mean to standhere and be harsh. However I doknow that there has to be times ofcorrection. How many understandme? There is a time when you haveto look the devil in the face and tellhim, Go sit down: I don’t have timeto listen to your foolishness. That iswhy Paul could say to Timothy,Rebuke,exhort,withalllongsuffering and sound doctrine.Some will say, Well I don’t want torebuke: I don’t want to exposeanything: I want everybody to likeme. I have to saythat when my brother went to thePhilippines last year and preachedwhat he did about the foolishvirgins, that they did not have anylife at all, unless they weremartyred in the tribulation period,he was leaving the revelation. Hecame right back through here,stood here and preached the samething. It was later, that I heard hehad preached the Jehu ministryover there, then went on down intoAustralia and preached it. It wasnot until he had gotten back hometo Norway, that the Jehu thingreally began to come out and I wasinformed of the hurt of it. Some ofthese Jehu young men over therewere beating, hammering the otherpeople and making them feel likethey were nothing unless theysubmitted to this kind of teaching.Nobody has to submit to anythingif it is not truth itself. I havelistened to this, and Bro.Strommen, I will say this lovinglyto you, I listened to this, but I didnot want to commit myself becauseI wanted to yet esteem you as abrother, praying that somewhere upthe road the Lord would speak to13July, 2010you by some means, to let youknow that this Jehu thing is not abiblical pattern at all. As I have saidin another message, when God sentHis prophet messenger to the earthin our day, He did not say that thedenominational world was going toaccept him. Malachi 4:5-6 plainlysays He would send that spirit ofElijah again in the later days to turnthe heart of the children, that meansthe end time generation of Gentilebelievers back to the faith of thefathers, which was Peter, James,John, and all of them. Only Godknows the extent that I had my tripthrough the denominational world.I have listened to the JehovahWitness people, I have attended theChurch of Christ and sit in manyothers. The first time I was baptizedwas in the Church of Christ, atabout fourteen years of age. Laterwe moved and started going to theMethodist Church, because bothmy parents were raised up asMethodists. We went there until Iwent off to the war. I will say thisas humbly as I know how, Thatman, William Marrion Branham,who lived in this area, was a manwith very little education. The firsttime God gave a man, in thereligious world, a lingo that soundslike a hillbilly, and they sit therefinding fault. Those who had arevelation and understanding ofwhat he was talking about, did notsit listening for all the adjectivesand verbs, They got the thought,and thereby understood. As timepassed, I could see that this manwas bringing something out of theBible, that to me, made Jesus of theBible stand taller than any doctor ofdivinity ever could. I have heardmy share of doctors of divinity. Ihave listened to them on the radio,but none of them compared to him.He could take a type in the OldTestament and make Jesus standout.
