National Strike Force Coordination Center The National Strike Force Coordination Center (NSFCC) is located in ElizabethCity, NC, as mandated by the Oil Pollution Act of 1990.The NSFCC provides oversight, support, and standardization guidance to theAtlantic Strike Team (AST), Gulf Strike Team (GST), Pacific Strike Team (PST),Incident Management Assistance Team (IMAT) and is home to the PublicInformation Assist Team (PIAT).The NSFCC oversees the maintenance of the OPA-90 mandated ResponseResources Inventory (RRI), Oil Spill Removal Organization (OSRO) ClassificationProgram, National Maintenance Contract (NMC), and the National MaintenanceContract Warehouse.There are 18 active duty and civilian personnel assigned / employed at the NSFCC.
