FULFILLMENT BY AMAZON (FBA) BY VENDIOENABLE AMAZON FBA SUPPORTVendio now offers the ability to view your Fulfilled by Amazon (FBA) items from within theVendio interface. If you are an Amazon FBA seller, and you’d like to enable Vendio to retrieveyour FBA quantities and update fulfillment data from Amazon, log into your Vendio account andgo to Preferences Channels (under Amazon Market ID):Click the checkbox next to “Enable Vendio ” and select Save & Close at the bottom of thescreen. Allow up to 2 hours for this process to complete.After enabling this option and allowing for time to process, your My Items grid will have threenew “Views” available: FBA Inventory Report, Amazon FBA Only, and Amazon FBM Only (FBMstands for Fulfilled by Merchant: items you sell on Amazon but fulfill yourself.)Amazon listings in our system will be marked as FBA or FBM, and we will populate your FBAitems with their Amazon quantities and status (Inbound, Fulfillable, Unfulfillable and Reserved)in the My Items FBA Inventory Report.FBA INVENTORY REPORT VIEWThe Amazon FBA Inventory Report comes directly from Amazon and reflects the most recentdata for your FBA items as of the last time the report was retrieved. The latest retrieval time isdisplayed at the top-right of the grid. Retrievals are made automatically every day, but if you need more recent data you canmanually retrieve the latest FBA inventory report from Amazon by going to Actions RetrieveFBA Quantities.VIEW AMAZON FBA IN THE M Y ITEMS GRIDTo add the Amazon FBA Qty column to the My Items page, go to the Options menu at the top ofthe My Items grid, and click the checkbox next to Amazon FBA Qty.www.vendio.com866-935-85013
AMAZON FBA ONLY VIEW AND AMAZON FBM VIEWThe Amazon FBA Only and Amazon FBM Only views are filters that allow you to display onlyAmazon FBA or FBM on the My Items page, and will hide other items from view.IMPORT FROM AMAZONIf you are an Amazon seller new to Vendio, importing from Amazon is the fastest way to getyour current Amazon active listings into the Vendio system. For the best results, we recommendyou enable the Amazon FBA setting on Vendio prior to importing. This will enable Vendio tomark the fulfillment type as we import your items from Amazon.ADDING A NEW FBA/FBM ITEMWhen creating an item, you can specify whether an item is FBA or FBM in the Create Item form.1. Go to My Items Create Items2. Click on Catalog Match. In the pop up window, click on the Amazon tab. Search for theitem in the Amazon Catalog. Select the item and click OK.3. Check the box next to Sell on Amazon to create an Amazon item.4. Click on the Amazon Info tab on the left navigation. Select the Condition from theCondition dropdown and enter the condition notes (if any.)5. NOTE: If there are multiple variations for the item, you can also select Fulfilled by Amazon orFulfilled by Merchant for each variation.6. Enter Quantity for sale on Amazon and Item Price.7. Enter an Amazon Start Selling Date if want your listing to become active on a futuredate.8. Select your Amazon Market Profile from the pull down menu.9. Choose one of the Visible on Amazon options and select Save.BULK M ATCHING FBA/FBM ITEMS TO AMAZON’S C ATALOGAn item’s Amazon Fulfillment Type can also be specified during the process of matching theitem to the Amazon catalog.1. Go to My Items and select one or more items to be matched to the Amazon catalog.2. Click on Actions Match Amazon Catalog to begin the process of finding matchingitems within the Amazon catalog.3. In the resulting Amazon Match & Publish page, select the catalog match for each itemand provide key listing details such as price, condition and condition notes.4. CHANGING THE AMAZON FULFILLMENT TYPE (EXISTING ITEMS)When changing the Fulfillment type for an existing item from “Merchant” to “Amazon”, theQuantity for sale on Amazon will be set to zero and will become uneditable, since this quantity isdetermined by Amazon. When your items arrive at the Amazon fulfillment center, your quantitiesand their fulfillment status will begin to appear on the FBA Inventory Report.When changing the Fulfillment type from “Amazon” to “Merchant”, the Quantity for sale onAmazon will be set to zero and will become editable, since this quantity is determined by you.You will be required to Publish these changes to update your active Amazon listings.www.vendio.com866-935-85016
UPDATING ACTIVE AMAZON LISTINGSWhen FBM or FBA items are live and available for sale on Amazon, you can update aspects ofthe listing, most notably price and condition notes, from Vendio. To do this, select the item andclick on Actions Edit to make changes within the Amazon Info tab of the resulting CreateItems page. Alternately, you can select multiple items and select Actions Match AmazonCatalog to make changes in bulk.
