Safety Precautions: t Operation and maintenance of the system involves potential hazards. All operators and personnel should take precautions to prevent possible injury. Safety: The machine is equipped with a fuse, compatible with its maximum amperage and main voltage. Always make sure the power cord is undamaged and properly plugged in to a grounded electrical outlet. Always make sure the work lead is properly connected to avoid damage to the positioner during welding applications Avoid Contact between the electrical components of the motor and the welding work pieces. Before servicing, make sure the welding positioner is turned off and unplugged. All maintenance and repair involving removing or opening of the electric motor or housing should be completed by qualified technicians only. Warranty: t Limited One Year Warranty Arc-Zone.com, Inc. tests and inspects all new welding positioners and warrants them against defects in material and workmanship. Provided that the welding positioner is installed and operated according to the instructions contained herewith, Arc-Zone will warranty the welding positioner for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is expressly limited to replacement or repair of the defect based on the evaluation of an Arc-Zone Technician and excludes consumable parts that wear as a part of normal operation. All repairs will be based on FOB Carlsbad, CA.
