YOUR SUPPORT MAKES A DIFFERENCE Meet Berklee Bonecutter Heart Survivor My name is Berklee Bonecutter, and I am a 1 ½ year old heart survivor. My mommy says I have a very special heart. When I was born, I had a broken heart. But because of the work of the American Heart Association and supporters like you, I am growing up to be a happy, heart-healthy baby girl.
