The system may receive a service request from a roadside assistance device for an individual associated with a vehicle. The system may iden tify one or more of the service providers offering a type of service indicated by the service request. Based on the service provider role assignment, the system may transmit a noti fication of the service request to at least one of a plurality of computing devices associated with one of the service pro viders.
