Quality is paramountwith extremely low damage within thesample unlike other machines.8 walker separationThe final grains are separated throughthe unique 8 walker system providing upto 33% more agitation than 6 Walkersystems , gentle separation and a lowpower requirement and therefore less fuelleave the straw in perfect condition forbaling.Rotary SeparatorGentle full separation is enhanced by the action of the rotaryseparator which can be adjusted easily for clearance and speed.Hi-Performance concaveOne third of the rear part of the concave has double spaced wiresoffering higher separation rates and therefore lower losses thanother concaves , at this stage the main threshing process has beencompleted and the story is all about separation.Concave clearance can be adjusted to a full 40mm to allow for highvolumes of material to pass through. 19MF Delta CombinesCylinder, concave and Rotor FeederUsing the same proven cylinder andconcave from the Centora the differencefor higher output comes with the enhancedrotary separation capacity and higher hpwithin the Delta combine.Intelligent rotor designThe contra-directional rotors with theirspiral-auger design pull the crop in andthen drive it to the outside with centrifugalforce. This means more crop can passthrough at a consistently high capacity,with no blockages and at a much higheroutput than normal conventional or rotarycombines.The rotor feeder ensures smooth andconsistent transition of the crop from thethreshing unit to the Hi-Separation rotors.The large diameter rotor feeder createsa flywheel action, forcing the grain tothe outside of the rotor and through theseparation grate. In turn, this force splitsthe crop and sends it effortlessly throughto the two rotors.Maximum SeparationSpecially designed separation fingers are placed in a spiral formation alongthe length of both rotors to assist the movement of the crop. When the crop thins, thecombine needs more material to keep it running at 100% capacity. Constant Flow can besimply engaged from the PowerGrip lever. Two simple sensors mounted within the threshingdrive system continuously measure the load of crop passing through the drive and concave.Constant flow maintains continual crop feed by automatically adjusting the forward speed inrelation to the amount of material passing through; monitoring the machines performance at thecylinder to reduce losses at the rear. This maintains optimum productivity even in the toughestcrop. The system creates an optimised airflow across 100% of the sieves surface.The aerodynamically designed air inlets situated in the middle of the fan housing create a “venturi” effect, raising the air throughput whichallows the system to cope with the large amount of material passing through the threshing and separation system, separating the graincleanly and efficiently away from chaff and dust.
