A robust cylinder600mm by 1340mm wide, with eight rasp bars threshes gently and positively. It canhandle a wide range of crops from grass seed through small grain to maize.The concave can be uniquely adjusted back and front from the cab for varying cropconditions. It has differential wire spacing, which offers excellent threshing in the firstpart coupled with maximum separation in the second part.The ABC concave is fitted to the rear of the main concave which extendsthe separation capacity. 05FROM MASSEY FERGUSONStraw qualityHigh quality straw is a certainty from the gentle threshing system and provides an even swath that is perfect for baling either round, small orlarge square bales. Standard swath gates allow you to set the required width to produce a perfect size. Risers can be easily fitted for dampconditions. Conserving the straw in this way makes the fuel consumption figures even lower to further reduce harvesting costs.High separation performanceThe long straw walkers feature foursteps with ‘active walls’. The 21cmhigh, vertical sections of the walkersteps are made up of permeablegrids. These are the highest forany conventional combine. Thefront steps of the straw walkers arereinforced for maize.High capacity sieve designThe grain pan with an opposedaction agitates the material from theconcave making two separate layersof grain and chaff to be separatedby the powerful volumetric fan .Thefully adjustable sieves are specificallydesigned with tags which give a veryclean sample whatever the crop. Toremove them for cleaning is verysimple, requiring a minimum of effort.
