DASH DISASSEMBLYNissan Pathfinder 2005-2012(Note: Do not cycle the key while the dash isremoved or the air bag light will come on.)1. Unclip and remove the trim panel fromaround the cup holders, in the centerconsole. (Figure A)2. Unclip and remove the shifter trimpanel, including the pocket below theradio, and the a/c controls. (Figure B)(Figure A)(Figure C)(Figure B)(Figure D)(Figure E)3. Unclip and remove the panel at the topof the radio, then remove (1) Phillipsscrew underneath. (Figure C)4. KIT ASSEMBLYDIN radio provision with pocket1. Remove the metal DIN sleeve from theaftermarket radio.2. Slide the sleeve into the radio housingand secure by bending the metal lockingtabs down. (Figure A)3. Slide the radio back into the sleeve untilit clicks in. (Figure B)4. Locate the factory wiring harness andantenna connector in the dash andcomplete all necessary connections tothe radio and climate controls. Metrarecommends using the proper matingadapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test theradio for proper operation.(Figure A)(Figure B)5. KIT ASSEMBLYISO DDIN radio provision1. Remove the mounting brackets from thefactory radio. Secure the brackets to theaftermarket radio using screws suppliedwith the aftermarket radio.2. Remove (2) T-20 Torx screws from the a/cvents, then remove. (Figure A)3. Secure the ISO DDIN trim plate to the panelusing (2) T-20 Torx screws removed fromthe prior step.4. Locate the factory wiring harness andantenna connector in the dash andcomplete all necessary connections tothe radio and climate controls. Metrarecommends using the proper matingadapter from Metra or AXXESS. Test theradio for proper operation.(Figure A)5. Coloque a presión la placa de la molduraISO DIN al frente de la carcasa del radio.(Figura B)5. Localice el arnés de cableado de fábricay el conector de la antena en el tableroy haga todas las conexiones necesariasal radio y los controles del clima. Asegure los soportes ala radio no original utilizando los tornillossuministrados con la radio no original.2. Retire (2) tornillos T-20 Torx de las rejillasde ventilación del aire acondicionado, luegoretírelos. (Figura A)3. Asegure la placa de moldura ISO DDINal panel utilizando (2) tornillos Torx T-20retirados del paso anterior.4. Localice el arnés de cableado de fábrica y elconector de la antena en el tablero y hagatodas las conexiones necesarias al radio ylos controles del clima. Metra recomiendaque use adaptadores adecuados deacoplamiento de Metra y/o de AXXESS.Pruebe el radio para verificar que funcionecorrectamente.(Figura A)5.
