ADMISSIONS POLICY1) Submit your completed application form and pay enrolment fee.2) CELLA accepts new students every Monday, year round. (TESOL has monthly session start dates.)3) Check-in date is on Sunday and check-out is on Saturday at 13:00. (No matter when you check-in)If you need late check-out or stay overnight, ask CELLA management in advance.4) If the course commencement is changed after the registration, reprocessing fee 150 will be charged.5) Payment due 28 days before arrival. If fees are overdue, the registration will be cancelled.6) You must read, understand and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions.REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY1) Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Director of CELLA or representatives.2) The enrolment fee, material fee, airport transfer service fee, SSP, I-CARD and visa fees are non-refundable.3) All refunds will be paid to the person who has entered into the contract with CELLA, unless the person gives a writtendirection to pay the refund to someone else. Refunds will be processed and paid within four (4) weeks of the receipt of thewritten notification. Bank charges are deducted from refunds made by overseas electronic transfer or bank draft.4) Before the initial course commencement -If written cancellation is received three (3) or more weeks prior to the initialcourse commencement, cancellation fee 100 will be charged. -If written cancellation is received two (2) weeks prior tothe initial course commencement, penalty fee equivalent to 2 weeks Tuition fees (Course and Dormitory fee) will becharged.- If cancellation is received one (1) week prior to the initial course commencement, penalty fee equivalent to 4 weeksTuition fees (Course and Dormitory fee) will be charged.5) Upon arrival at CELLA -If student enrolls for 4 weeks or less, no refunds will be given. -If student enrolls for 5 weeksormore, 50% of the remaining course fee will be refunded except dormitory fee. Reduce of schedules is considered thesame as cancellation.- For cancellation made after 50% of the course completed, no refunds will be given. -Any course or dormitory changes,50% of the difference fee (course or dormitory) will be refunded. -In addition, TESOL to another course change, 80% ofthe difference will be refunded.6) Tuition fees (Course and Dormitory fee) are not transferable to other institutions or other students.7) No refund will be given to students who are expelled for breaching the CELLA s policies and rules.Start your learning journey with CELLA19

ACADEMY AND DORMITORY RULES1) These rules and regulations may apply to academy as well as life in dormitory. If a student s behavior is deemedinappropriate by the academy s standards, students will receive warning. If inappropriate behavior continues (after threewarnings), students will be expelled. Depending on the severity of the situation, students may be expelled immediatelywithout warning! In such cases no refund will be given.2) CELLA provides a notice board in the 2F reception lobby for official announcement use. It is mandatory for students beaware of the contents of the notice board and check regularly for updates.3) Students are expected to attend all the classes and be on time. Regular classes are held from Monday to Friday(08:00 17:50). During the holidays, Academy will be closed and some facilities or services will be limited.Please note that a full week s tuition is payable in weeks that contain a holiday4) If a student arrives later than 10 minutes after the class start time and the class will be closed.5) Absences and lateness (incl. late check-in or/and early check-out), no compensation will be provided.6) The official CELLA certificate will not be given, -if a student is absent for more than 10% of the overall study period or/and-failure to abide by the dormitory and academy rules and regulations or/and -not taking monthly progress tests7) For safety and security reason, students must submit their ID and Keys to Residential Security Staff before going out ofdormitory. Loss of keys must be reported to the Academy immediately.8) A security deposit is required and normally this deposit is returnable at the end of the study period, but some or all of thedeposit may be withheld to compensate for damage or loss of inventory items. Checks for loss or damage etc., willnormally be made before check-in and check-out.9) Academy curfew time is 10:00 p.m.(Sun Thu), and 24:00 a.m.(Fri, Sat and the day before holiday).10) Silence should be observed at all times. Quiet hours (e.g., no loud talking, yelling.) begin at 22:00.11) Students must not change rooms without the consent of Academy and furniture should not be removed or replaced forany reason.12) Academy does not allow any guests to stay overnight or visitors without the consent of Academy.13) The Director of CELLA or his/her nominees have the right of access to dormitory at all reasonable times.14) Dormitory services. -three times a week laundry, once a week room cleaning and linen change every 14 days as yourequestDISMISSAL POLICYAny of the following may cause immediate dismissal or progressive discipline:1) Excessive absenteeism (below 50% of attendance)2) Any illegal activities including stealing, gambling, drug abuse/misuse, defamation, protest, etc.3) Any act that may endanger others (i.e. intoxication, harassment, threatening behavior, etc.)4) Any act that may nuisance to others (i.e. damage to the property, making noise, bringing pets, etc.)5) Failure to follow safety policies and procedures (i.e. curfew time, other sex room access, drinking alcohol and smoking indormitory, using burner and others that concern with fire, etc.)20www.bestcella.com
