Gen Fernando Fernandez, seniorUS Army Reserve Officer inthe region.“This is one of four tripsthat we have on spring togive the cadets who arestudying Spanish at theAcademy, the opportunityfor linguistic and cultureimmersion,” said Dr. Jonathan D.
