LOGGING INTO CERTIFY To access your company’s online booking website go to: https://enterprise.Certify.com or to thespecific URL given to you by your company.Enter your information in the following fields: Company Name, Member ID & Password(Your login credentials will be provided by your Travel Manager or Online Administrator)Click Login. We recommend entering your profile information once you log into the system to ensureproper use of the tool.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

LOST PASSWORD If you cannot remember your password to loginto your company’s online booking website, goto: https://enterprise.certify.comClick the Lost Password link.On the Forget Password form enter:Last NameE-mailCompany Name.Click Go.If you have a valid e-mail address saved withinyour profile and the information you submitmatches what we have on file, you will receivean e-mail with your login information.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

RESET MY PASSWORD Once logged in, hover over Profile from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Change Password in the drop-down list. certify.comEnter your Current Password, New Passwordand Verify New Password.Click Save.You will see a Password changed successfullymessage pop up.Quick Reference Guide

DISPLAY OPTIONS To change your display options, hover overProfile from the Main Menu on the top of yourhome page.Select Display Options in the drop-down list. certify.comThe Display Options page will open.Here you can update your preferenceon the following:Date/Time/Distance formatPreferred languageCurrency formatHotel mapped optionsNumber of Car/Air results per pageOnce you choose your preferences,click the Save button.Quick Reference Guide

ASSIGN MY TRAVEL PLANNER Once logged in, hover over Profile from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Travel Planner in the drop-down list. Click the link for Add New Travel Planner. certify.comEnter the Member ID(s) for anyone you wouldlike to plan your travel.(There is no limit on how many total TravelPlanners that can be entered.)Click Save.Quick Reference Guide

SWITCH TRAVELERS Hover over your name within the MainMenu header on the top of your homepage until the drop-down list appearsIf the traveler doesn’t appear in the list,click on Select Another User. Select the Traveler’s name from the list youwish to switch to. Once selected, that Traveler’s name should nowappear in the Traveler section within the MainMenu header on the top of your home page.certify.comEnter the Member ID, First Name or LastName to access that traveler’s profile.Click Search.Quick Reference Guide

UPDATE TRAVEL PREFERENCESFor a single trip: On the home screen click on any of the MyPreferences links to apply to the single trip youare booking. Select the various Travel preferences under Air,Rail, Car, or Hotel that you have available.Save is not necessary here as the selection isonly for a single booking.Within Profile: Once logged in, hover over Profile from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Travel Preferences in the drop-downlist. certify.comSelect the various Travel preferences under Air,Car, or Hotel that you have available.Click Save.Quick Reference Guide

ADD/UPDATEMEMBERSHIP NUMBERS Once logged in, hover over Profile from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Membership Numbers in the dropdown list. The Membership Numbers page will open. Hereyou can add your membership and/or loyaltynumbers for airlines, cars and hotels.Click the Add New [Air/Car/Hotel]Membership Number [Loyalty Association]link.Select the Airline (Car or Hotel) Vendor, inputyour Membership Number and Status Level.Click Save to complete adding or updating yourMembership information.To edit, go back to prior screen and click theEdit link next to the appropriate number youpreviously saved.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

BOOK A TRIP Once logged in, select the appropriate travelbutton for One Way, Round Trip or MultipleCities.Fill out the From and To fields with the city orAirport Code.Select the Date from the calendar and the Timefrom the drop-down list.If you’d like to include a car or hotel to yoursearch, check off the appropriate selections.Note: If you choose to include a Car orHotel, the option for “based on air searchcriteria” will show up. By un-checking thisbox, you will be able to customize yoursearch for these pieces.Complete Options or Leg by Leg Once you click the Search button, your resultspage will open up with all your travel option.(Your results may include flights to/fromnearby airports based on your travelpreferences. Also Note: if you hover overthe airport code, the entire airport namewill appear.)Complete priced itinerary options are availablevia the Air Matrix to add to your shopping cart.Alternatively, you may choose to build your ownpriced itinerary via the leg by leg tab options.Click the Add to Cart button or build your ownitinerary.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

BOOK A TRIP (continued)Include Car and/or Include Hotel option: The Car Availability page will now open.You can either click the Continue Without Carbutton or select the car rental vendor youprefer and Add to Cart. The Hotel Availability page will now open.You can either click the Continue WithoutHotel button or select the hotel you prefer andclick Show Rates to choose your roompreference.Click Add to Cart if you want to include on youritinerary.Review your itinerary choices in the shopping cart.Here you can:Name your tripSave your researchView more optionsView rulesView any warningsView the seat mapCancel & restart searchRemove Car or HoteloptionsOnce reviewed, click the Purchase button.Note: Based on your company settings, you nay have theoption to Reserve (HOLD) your trip as well. BOOK A TRIP (continued)Guest or Variable Bookings Depending on your company settings, you mayhave the ability to book on behalf of a GuestTraveler (Variable Traveler).Once logged in, hover over your name withinthe Main Menu header on the top of your homepage until the drop-down list appears. SelectGuest Traveler. Guest Traveler should now appear in theTraveler section within the Main Menu headeron the top of your home page.Note: In some instances, pending companypreference, the Profile section may bedisabled. Guest Travelers do not have aprofile, so the information housed therewill not be saved or transfer through to thebooking.Follow the previous steps to book thetrip on behalf of a Guest (Variable)Traveler.Upon clicking the Purchase button, youwill be required to fill out the VariableTraveler Information form with yourcontact and TSA information in orderto complete the booking. ACCESS A TRIP Once logged in, hover over Travel from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Access a Trip in the drop-down list. The Trip List tab will open. Click the View linkfrom the Pending Trips list next to the trip youwish to display or modify.Click Modify in the shopping cart to makeadjustments to your air, car, or hotel segments.Choose the Reserve or Purchase button onceyour choices have been finalized.**Please note that if you want to access a trip for a guest traveler, you willneed to switch to Guest Traveler prior.Cancel a Trip Follow the directions to Access a Trip.(Travel Menu Access a Trip View)Hover over the Itinerary Actions link.Select the Cancel Reservation option to cancelyour trip.You may receive a warning regarding acancellation fee, if you accept, click OK.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

COPY A TRIP Once logged in, hover over Travel from theMain Menu on the top of your home page.Select Access Trip in the drop-down list.Click the Copy link next to the trip you wouldlike to duplicate.Note: Trips eligible to be copied are allPending Trips (Reserved, Purchased orTicketed). If a trip is not eligible to be copied,the Copy link will be disabled. The Copy Itinerary tab will open.If the logged in User has the right to selectanother traveler, they will be prompted to do soat this time by filling out the Member ID, FirstName and Last Name or they can click theKeep Current Traveler link.The selected copied trip information will beauto-populated and asked to be confirmed before searching. Once you do so, click Continue.Confirm the additional copied trip itinerary andclick Search.Your shopping cart will open and you can nowcontinue to book or edit your trip prior to Reserving, Purchasing or Saving.certify.comQuick Reference Guide

COPY A TRIPAlternate Option If you would like to immediately copy a tripupon creation, click Itinerary Actions on thespecific itinerary you would like to duplicate.Select Copy Trip in the drop-down list.The same Copy Itinerary tab will open, as it didin the previous option of copying a trip.To continue, the same steps can be followed ineither instance to properly copy a trip.Note: If the traveler selected has a different travel policy than the user from the trip being copied youmay receive this notification.
