Thisversatile stand is ideally suited for the Modular OvenKit series of ovens like the Giardino, Casa2G, Premio2G, Pompeii and Artigiano but also work very wellwith the Toscana fully assembled ovens.The Cucina oven stand makes it easy to give any ovena custom, built-in look—without the effort and weightof building a concrete block (CMU) stand. This cansave you several days in construction since the steelframe doesn’t have to be stacked like masonry blockand cured.Another advantage to the Cucina oven stand is thatis significantly reduces the weight of the overallconstruction of your built in oven. The Steel frameand hardi backer weighs about 400 Lbs withoutany decorative facade or hearth. Plus the concretehearth required is less than 2″ thick with 3/8″ rebaras opposed to the standard 3 1/2″ hearth common onmasonry stand hearths.The Cucina oven stand is comprised of a knockeddown metal frame and pre-cut, pre-drilled backerboard panels for the exterior. The stand can beassembled in minutes using a standard wrench andscrew driver.After assembling the Cucina ovenstand, the installersimply pours standard concrete into the pre-formedhearth tray—and then places the Forno Bravo ovenon top.The Cucina Series oven stands can be finished invirtually any material, including stucco, stone orbrick.The Cucina Series oven stand comes in seven sizes,fitting ovens up to a 44″ cooking surface (Casa2G110).
