Consistent Metering, Consistent Spread.Developed with features to ensure commercial readiness, NITRO commercial series spreadersoffer slip slide poly board floors and walls, a guillotine endgate, reversible apron chain, andquick drop beaters. The guillotine endgate can be held in any position controling how muchmaterial is able to be moved to the beaters by the variable speed apron chain. This method ofdelivery provides consistent metering whether working with pen pack or semi-solids. Withthe recent addition of the tri-axle models, you get all these feature plus reduced compaction,easier turning and more.Responding to market demand, the NITRO Rancher Series was developed to ensure smalleroperations get the same metering in a format tailored to them. This provides accuratecontrol when metering, application speed,and thickness.Apron slats are attached to the chainusing a heavy tab and slot design.This free floating design minimizesstress on the joints.The NITRO is equipped with a fullyreversible apron drive. Functional VersatilityBeater RemovalAll NITRO spreaders are designed to provide incredibleversatility throughout the year. The NITRO is not only acapable spreader, but can be easily converted to a selfunloading trailer when the beater assembly is removed.Remove a beater assembly in 4 steps.Tubeline’s Quick-Drop Beater System provides producersand custom operators an adaptive tool ideal for thetransportation and processing of bulk materials.Designed with an integrated guillotine endgate, theNITRO retains it’s box even with the beaters removedleaving behind a fully functional self unloading trailerwith a hydraulic endgate and live floor.1. Remove the rear most PTO drive shaft from the spreader.2. Connect chains from a front end loader to the lift pointson the beater assembly.3. Remove the retaining bolts connecting thebeaters to the box.4. Using the loader lift the assembly from the rearof the spreader.Note: Always remember to store your beater assembliessafely to prevent harm and/or damage. If scale system isequipped, spinner sensor must be unplugged.The NITRO can be used to stockpile in the fieldthroughout the year. This keeps your barnyard cleanand places valuable nutrients close at hand when itstime to spread.When harvest time comes, the NITRO can be used tohaul forage from the field to the pit. Spinner Deck Beater Assembly OptionNITRO spreaders can be equipped with an optional SpinnerDeck beater assembly. LessCompactionExtendedLifeNITRO Tri-Axle spreaders feature the standard NITROQuick-Drop Beater assembly, allowing you to switchquickly and easily between the vertical beaters andthe spinner deck. While the vertical beater assemblyis ideal for thicker material, the spinner deck is idealfor looser material such as poultry litter. This set-upoffers increased flexibility for both producers andcustom operators allowing you to equip your spreaderproperly for whichever material you’ll be spreading.It has 16,000lbs (10 bolt) wheel hub capacity. Dueto the increased amount of contact points, the TriAxle results in reduced soil compaction. This allowsfor more air and water to get to the roots, increasingthe yield of your crops when compared to singleand tandem axles.12EasyTurningHeavierDutyThey also come standard with a following axle.The front and rear axles can turn independently,reducing wear on the tires when turning giving yourtires longer life.Brakes are available on Tri-Axle models on both thecentre and rear axles.
