DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere Quick Start GuideAbout this guideThis Quick Start Guide is designed to get you up and running on DecisionSpace InSiteAnywhere in just a few minutes. It includes basic information on how to log in, view datadisplays, and communicate with team members using Chat.Log on/off DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere Log on1. Open your browser and type the DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere URL in the addressbar.For example, https://198.64.217.140.2. Press Enter. If you are accessing DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere through the Internet (ratherthan the Intranet) the Enter Network Password dialog box opens. Enter yournetwork user name and password and click OK.The Welcome to DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere Logon page opens.3. Type your User ID and Password.4. Click the link to read the Terms and Conditions, and then select the check box.The Log On button is enabled.5. If you are already logged on, select Options Job/Units from the main window. ClickOK in the message dialog box to confirm.2. Locate the Job Name you want to work with.3. If the job has access to multiple wells, select the Well Name from the drop-down list.4. Click .You might get a Security Information message, such as:(Windows 7) "Do you want to view only the webpage content that was deliveredsecurely?" Click No to continue.On the Job Selection page, click Select again.or(Windows XP) "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want todisplay the nonsecure items?" Click Yes to continue.Tip To prevent messages like this from recurring, modify your Internet securitysettings to always display mixed content. See the online help for instructions.Your session opens to the default display for that job, or an empty display.3Quick Start Guide

Select a display using one of these menu options: Presentation Studio Default Displays display name. Presentation Studio Public Displays display name.A popup Message informs you how to open a display in a separate window.2. Do one of the following: To stop the message from appearing again, select the check box Do not show again.Tip You can reinstate the popup message later by deleting cookies in your browser. To see the message every time you select a display, leave the box unchecked.3. Click Close.The new display replaces the current one in the main window.Open a display template in a separate windowUsing this procedure, the new display opens in a separate browser window. You can havemultiple display windows open at the same time.1. Press and hold down the Shift key.2. DecisionSpace InSite Anywhere Quick Start GuideChat with others onlineOpen a chat room and send messages to other users who currently have a chat room open forthe same well.1. Select the Chat Channel menu option.The Chat main window opens.2. Clickor select Options Who is online.The Who's online dialog box opens.3. Make note of the Job/Well that contains Chat Users you want to chat with. Only userswho currently have a chat room open for a specific well appear in the list.4. Click OK to return to the Chat dialog box.5. In the Jobs/Wells list, expand a Job folder and double-click the Well with users you wantto chat with.A new chat room (Chat window) opens for that well. A green light indicates the wellfor the open chat room.6. Type a message in the lower text box and click Send, or press Enter.Your message appears in the chat room (upper text box).7.View the chat room for responses.8.To erase all messages, click9.Select File Log off to leave the chat room and close the Chat window.5Quick Start Guideor select Options Clear Message.
