NEW RULES FOR 20211. Face Shield required for all Under 18 sparring. Nocontact to face shield.2. Groin contact is no longer allowed in any division.3. Simultaneous points can now be awarded in all pointsparring divisions.4. Wooden Bo required in Traditional Weapons.Wooden Bo are considered natural wood color.5. Music is not allowed in Creative Forms orContemporary Weapons divisions.6. Judges who have their competitor fee waived forjudging must judge the entire tournament.7. All forms divisions will be scored after all competitorshave completed their form.8. Competitors under 5 competing in the Flying Dragonsdivision will not have that count toward tournamentexperience.9. Continuous Sparring has been replaced with ClashSparring.Scoring will be on a 10 Point Must System, much likeboxing and kickboxing.
