If a design survives playtesting, weadjust its power to the desirable level before officialpublication. This means an option could be more or lesspowerful in its final form.Draconic RacesThe dragonborn race in the Player’s Handbook isone way to reflect a character with dragonssomewhere far back in their ancestry.
