Read carefully****In no case will the coordinator, advisors, chairpersons, or anyoneworking with the fair in any way be held responsible for any loss,damage, or injury to any person, vehicle or article whileparticipating in the Hill County Youth Fair. Care will be taken bythe staff to prevent loss or damage to all entry items.-ELIGIBILITY1. Participants must reside in Hill County or be activelyenrolled in a Hill County school, public, private orhomeschool or be a member of a Hill County 4-H or FFAClub and not be a professional for the duration of the HillCounty Youth Fair. A professional is defined as one whomaintains his livelihood through marketing his skills orknowledge in any one of the divisions. Entries must bethe bona fide work of the exhibitor.2. Exhibitors may enter only one entry per numbered class.3. All entries accepted must remain on the Creative ArtsDivision site during the entire time of the fair.4. Chairpersons will have the right to disqualify any entry tocomply with rules listed in this catalog.5. Entries will not be accepted that do not meet standardsand qualifications set forth in the general rules andspecific class rules. No substitutions will be made in anyclass. No new class will be made up for an entry notmeeting class specifications.6. Items with inappropriate, explicit or suggestive wordingor imagery will be disqualified.7. No recipes for food entries are required. Food items musthave both tags found on last page.8. Entries (other than home baked goods) must have beenmade within the past year.9.
