This event isopen to Scouts Second Class or above.Merit Badge Academy courses focus on teams of no more than12 Scouts per Counselor. Counselors are highly qualified,including not only college and graduate students in the field ofthe merit badge but also professors and leaders of the badge’sprofessions. Include information about the history,cultures, and ethnic groups of your community; its best features and popular places where people gather;and the challenges it faces.Citizenship in the Nation #2 - Do one of the following: #2b - Tour your state capitol building or the U.S. Capitol.
