We are deeply grateful for each of our BaylorLawyers and friends who have thoughtfullyestablished endowed scholarships at Baylor LawSchool. The generosity and stewardship of ourscholarship donors is a never-ending blessing.As a result of the abundantgenerosity of our alumni andfriends, Baylor Law’s endowment isthriving. According to the AmericanBar Association (ABA) Section onLegal Education data, the BaylorLaw endowment stands at 28thoverall among the 204 ABAaccredited law schools. While weare encouraged that 78 percentof our students receive scholarshipassistance (according to the mostrecent ABA 509 report, 5 percentreceive full-tuition scholarships,36 percent receive half-tuitionor more scholarships, and 37percent receive less than half-tuitionscholarships), our work is notdone until we matriculate all ofour Baylor Law students on full orsubstantial scholarships.This issue of Docket Call honorsthose who have established anendowed scholarship in our donorroll call.
