Connect your Composite or S-Video display cable tothe correct video output jack on the Scaler’s rear panel. RCA-type analog audiooutput jacks and Coaxial S/PDIF digital audio output jacks allow for the connection of an audio Receiver or other device to receive the audio signal embeddedin the HDMI signal. Power-cycle all connected components. You will then haveHDMI video playing on your Composite or S-Video display with simultaneousaudio out.Note regarding 480i / 576i resolutions on the inputs:The main purpose for the GTV-HDMI-2-COMPSVID is to downscale high definition digital video to standard definition NTSC / PAL analog signals. The GTV-HDMI-2-COMPSVID does not accept input video resolutions of 480iand 576i due to a limitation of the internal circuitry. A workaround is to connectdevices with these output resolutions directly to displays. Source devices operating at resolutions of 480i / 576i will almost always have analog outputs such asComponent, S-Video or Composite Video jacks.1

This study investigated microRNA and mRNA expression and protein function associated with DNA repair in human oocytes and embryos. MicroRNAs have been shown to down-regulate and in some cases to stabilise the expression of several genes including repair genes. The first aim of this study was to analyse the differences in the expression of microRNAs and their target mRNAs involved in repair .
