HONG LEONG NEW PRIORITY BANKING MEMBER HOLIDAY PROMOTIONLatest updated on 18 Oct 2019The Hong Leong Bank Berhad (193401000023 (97141-X)) (“HLB”) “Hong Leong New Priority Banking MemberHoliday Promotion” (“Promotion”) commences on 1 November 2019 and ends on 31 March 2020, both datesinclusive (“Promotion Period”), unless otherwise notified by way of posting on HLB’s website at www.hlb.com.my(“HLB’s Website”).Terms and ConditionsThe following sets out the terms and conditions applicable to the Promotion (“T&Cs”):1.The Promotion is open for participation by all Malaysian and non-Malaysian individuals aged 28 and abovewho meet the Priority Banking membership qualifying criteria set out in Clause 2 and either:i.do not have any accounts with HLB prior to the Promotion Period (“New-to-Bank Customers”); orii.are existing HLB Customers (“Existing HLB Customers”);(collectively “Eligible Customers”).2.Priority Banking Membership (“PB Membership”) is open to HLB customers who have a total combined AssetUnder Management (“AUM”) and/or Investment of Ringgit Malaysia Three Hundred Thousand(RM300,000.00) or such other amount as may be stipulated by HLB from time to time (“Qualifying Criteria”).3.For the purpose herein, the term “AUM” shall mean all sums standing to the credit of any Fixed Deposit (“FD”)Account, Current Account & Savings Account (“CASA”) and/or Foreign Currency Account with HLB and theterm “Investment” shall refer to principal amount of investment in any Unit Trust Funds (“UT”), Floating RateNegotiable Instrument of Deposit (“FRNID”), Retail Bond, Equity Linked Investment (“ELI”) and/or DualCurrency Investment (“DCI”) with HLB at any one time. Mortgage Plus Current Account and Super Easi 123Flexi Loan are excluded as part of the AUM to make up the Qualifying Criteria.4.Where there is more than one (1) person applying for the PB Membership, a joint account must be opened.The joint accountholder whose name appears first in the records of HLB will be the primary accountholder(“Primary Accountholder”) and the other joint accountholder(s) will be the Secondary Account Holder. Jointinvestments are treated as belonging to the person whose name appears first in the investment transactionform of the selected investments.5.Only the Primary Accountholder is eligible for the Promotion.PROMOTION MECHANICS6.The Eligible Customers who wish to participate in this Promotion (“Participating Customers”) are requiredto bring in a minimum AUM or to invest a minimum amount in any of the selected unit trust, a list of which isavailable for viewing at HLB Priority Banking Centres and/or HLB branches (“Selected UT”) (collectively,“Selected Investments”), based on “Criteria A” or “Criteria B”, as applicable, during the Promotion Periodin order to be entitled to one (1) unit of three (3) days two (2) nights stay at a selected Anantara Vacation ClubResort/Hotel (“Reward”) as stipulated in Table 1:Table 1: Promotion CriteriaCriteriaCustomer mum 0*UTMinimum UTSales ChargeN/A3%Reward1 unit of 3 days2 nights stay atselectedAnantaraVacation ClubResort/Hotel for2 persons

7.The Minimum AUM Amount stated in Criteria A under Clause 6 must be New Funds.8.New Funds are defined as:a. Cash, interbank GIRO, new funds received via telegraphic transfer from other banks, existing or newFD accounts of the Participating Customers; andb. Proceeds arising from the redemption of equity, unit trust funds, bonds / sukuk and / or Hong LeongInvest Safe during the Promotion Period that are re-deposited into any of the Participating Customers’CASA with HLB.9.The following shall not be considered as New Funds:a. Maturing FD or premature withdrawal of FD from any existing HLB’s/ Hong Leong Islamic BankBerhad (“HLISB”)’s FD account/ Fixed Deposit-i (“FD-i”) account;b. Intra bank transfer of funds, i.e. transfer of funds from another HLB / HLISB account (whether CASAor Savings-i or Current-i Accounts, FD, FD-i or General Investment Account; andc. Inter-branch transfer within HLB and HLISB including third (3rd) party account transfer.10. For the avoidance of doubt, the Minimum UT Amount shall form part of the Minimum AUM Amount criteria ofRM300,000 under Criteria B. For example, Existing HLB Customers who place RM250,000 in a HLB SavingsAccount and RM50,000 in Selected UT at sales charge of 3% is considered eligible for the Reward.11. The Participating Customers must maintain the Minimum AUM of RM300,000 as stated in Table 1 throughoutPromotion Period.12. The Reward is subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis and limited to one (1) unit perParticipating Customer throughout the Promotion Period. Participating Customers will be notified by HLB via phone call or in any other methods deem appropriate byHLB (“Notification”) before 30 April 2020 to collect the Reward from their respective relationship managers.Participating Customers shall collect the Reward no later than 31 June 2020, failing which, the Reward will beforfeited. For the avoidance of doubt, Participating Customers who do not receive any Notification by 30 April2020 shall be deemed not entitled for the Rewards.14. The booking period for the Reward is from the Participating Customers’ receipt of the Reward until 30 June2020 and the stay period is to be completed by 31 December 2020 subject always to room availability.15. The Reward featured in all printed materials and/or website is for illustration purposes only. Any props,accessories or equipment featured together with the Reward in any advertising, promotional, publicity andpictorial materials are for decorative purposes and shall not form part of the Reward.16. The Reward is non-transferable to any third (3rd) party and non-exchangeable for up-front cash, credit, chequeor in kind.17. HLB makes no representation or warranty for the Reward, product and services offered by the merchant andshall not be liable or responsible for any changes, claims, loss or damages resulting from this Promotion.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE REWARD18. Each Reward Option stated in Table 2 above consists of a 3 days 2 nights’ room stay with daily breakfast for2 persons, provided by Anantara and is subject to the terms and conditions imposed as below:a)Participating Customers and their guest must be married couples or life partners residing in the same cityin order to redeem the Reward. Anantara will verify eligibility prior to confirming a reservation and reserveright to reject if one does not fulfilled the requirement.b)Participating Customers and their guest must attend and complete Anantara Vacation Club previewpresentation of approximately ninety (90) minutes at the resort/hotel of the Reward Option during the stay(“Presentation”). At the Presentation, Participating Customers and their guest will be made an offer topurchase Anantara’s product. However, Participating Customers and their guest shall have no obligationto purchase anything.c)In the event of Participating Customers and their guest fail to attend and/or attend the entire Presentationfor whatever reason during their stay and/or meet the eligibility requirements and/or in the event of a NoShow, the Participating Customers agree that this Reward will be forfeited and an administration fee ofAnantara’s best flexible rate (per night) will be charged to the Participating Customers’ credit card usedto process the booking.d)The Reward cannot be combined with any other reward and is non-transferrable, not redeemable forcash, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.e)The Reward includes hotel accommodation, hotel taxes and service charges only - any other expensesincurred will be charged to the Participating Customers’ credit card used to process the booking.f)By participating in this Promotion, Participating Customers and their guest consent to Anantara and/or itsagent contacting them via phone/SMS/email in relation to the Reward and related product features, unlessyou and/or your guest instruct us otherwise by contacting Anantara’s call center at 1800 819 046 (tollfree) or email to: preview.avcbk@anantaraclub.comg)Employees of Anantara and their immediate families, existing Anantara Points Owners, existing AnantaraVoyager Members and Club Discovery Members, and Participating Customers who have attended anAnantara preview presentation within the past twelve (12) months are not eligible to participate in thisPromotion.h)Participating Customers and their guest can only ever accept a maximum of two (2) offers similar to theReward over the course of their life and only one (1) offer may be redeemed per household unlessotherwise specified.i)A surcharge is payable by the Participating Customers for stays during peak season (such as festiveperiods including Chinese New Year) and seasonal holidays. In the event the Participating Customers exercise their Selected Investments’ cooling-off right or the SelectedInvestment is rejected or cancelled by any parties for whatsoever reason during the Promotion Period, theaffected Selected Investment amount shall NOT be included under the Minimum AUM Amount.21. The terms and conditions governing the UT transactions and products of the Selected Investments arespecified in the relevant latest Prospectus(es) and Supplemental Prospectus(es) thereto (if any) that havebeen duly registered and approved by the Securities Commission Malaysia which shall be governed by andregulated in accordance with the Capital Markets And Services Act 2007 (as amended) and the relevantguidelines and directives issued by the relevant authorities.22.
