Saturday's game will be televised na onally on ABC with Syracuse University alum and 2019 ArentsAward winner Sean McDonough, Kirk Herbstreit and Maria Taylor on the call. 2019 SYRACUSE FOOTBALLGAME #3 MATCHUP: CLEMSONSERIES HISTORY Saturday's mee ng is the eighth all- me pairingbetween Syracuse and Clemson. The Tigers hold a 5-2advantage in the series, including a 2-1 margin in gamesplayed at the Dome. Syracuse won the first matchup – the 1996 GatorBowl – by the score of 41-0. Future Pro Football Hall ofFamer Marvin Harrison hauled in seven recep ons for173 yards and QB Donovan McNabb threw for 309 yardsin the win.
